My carpets have never been cleaner/brighter; the rooms have old carpet and afterwards they look like new! No after smell, they dried very quickly and Zerorez Technician, Chris did a great job. Very happy with the whole experience. I will recommend and use Zerorez again.

Our carpet looked great and most of the spots and marks on our carpet disappeared after it was treated.
Tony and Quetin are very business friendly and polite. They were very patient in explaining what they were going to do to clean my carpet. I like the fact that it has no chemicals and my carpet was not soaking wet when they left.
Some of the spots should have been double treated. Your radio ads project a pretty high level of expectations about what the cleaning will do. Was not that impressed. Your cleaner was excellent and very professional. I was disappointed with the final results.

The stain is still there after two tries.
i liked how it cleaned however, customers should be told that you will be using their water and your prices should reflect that. first you nickel and dime by not including hallways in with your 3 room specials and then he uses my water to clean my carpets what a scam! water is high out here he had it going for hours so that will increase the cost from $186 another 50 or 60 bucks i just think people should be told that upfront since no other carpet cleaning company uses your water! fraudulent and shameful....

did such a good job. I have already recommended your company to several

The price was supposed to be a total of $149.00. As they were working, one of the guys added $120.00 for a couple of stains that needed an extra procedure. I paid it. The stains still did not come off. They came back a week later with a spray bottle and only sprayed the stains. Still no luck. I give up. I still do not understand why I had to pay an extra $120.00 and still got no results. I think that the advertised price is just a "Come On." I really feel that I should be refunded the extra charge.

After the initial cleaning we found that spots were still there. After the second cleaning they are STILL THERE. I do not think your system is any better than anyone else or even the cleaning systems that you rent from the stores. Your EXTRA spot cost was not successful on my carpets and I feel that your charge for it was unjustified.
The Technician spent a good amount of time on areas that needed attention. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything. He did a great job. Carpet looks very good. I will certainly consider using your company in the future!
The Carpet cleaning was able to remove the old stains that other services were unable to remove without the house smelling like chemicals. Time will tell if the stains will come back or not like they did with the previous company I used, but they have not yet. it also removed all the soap the previous compettitor machine left behind.
Always comes clean and stays clean.
