There were parts of the carpet that looked better than others after he cleaned them. I felt that he worked harder on certain parts of the carpet.
I didnt feel the technician tried very hard at all to get the carpets clean. After he left I put a clean white towel on an area that transitions to tile (to avoid any falls) and when I took it off it was extremely dirty from the carpet. He was in and out of the house in such a short time and used the machine so lightly that I was tempted to take it from him and do it myself.
I have used ZeroRez many many times in the past for my own homes and others homes (I am a Realtor and refer clients and get homes ready for clients)and this is the second time recently I have been less than satisfied. I referred a client in November 2012 (Brent Barnfield) who lives in Flower Mound and they had the whole house cleaned plus the tile. In that instance I feel that they were totally ripped off (excuse the terminology) they paid approximately $900 for 4 rooms -they have a smaller home with a tiled entry to the kitchen. The tile was cleaned at that time and the technician also forgot to clean the tile at the fireplace. Im not sure what the issue is but it seems as though the quality and commitment to customer service is not at all what it used to be with ZeroRez.I happened to be at the clients home when the technician was there (at my clients) and I stated my opinion on the ridiculously high price and he was less than polite after I voiced my opinion. Needless to say my clients were less than happy as well feeling like they were taken advantage of on the price. You can see why my score is at a 3.
The product works and my carpet has never looked better. I will tell all my friends and family about you guys and urge them to hire you for all their carpet and furniture cleaning needs. Jamal was professional and was so helpful to explain the whole process to me. Jamal and Sam were very nice and hard working. Thank you for a job well done!
Technicians called when they were on their way, arrived when they said they would (on time), dressed professionally, and didn't cut corners. They were courteous, and explained the ZEROREZ process. They cleaned the few stains out of the carpet that I had pointed out. No sign of stains now.
After the carpet dried thoroughly, I vacuum'd it, but the carpet fibers still feel rough and scratchy. Since this is my first time using ZEROREZ, I am not sure if this is normal.
The 2 service representatives were very professional. I could not be more pleased with the service.
THe way Chris suggested to do a flashing vs tropical ttreatment to get the pet odor out of the carpet
The carpets looked great after being cleaned and they were not soaking wet nor smelled musty.

I liked the fact that NO soap was used. I feel like it is a good value for all that James Branch did for us. The radio ad that got my attention said I was supposed to a $100.00 gift certificate from some jewelry store. I did not receive it. James said to call in and ask for it. I am asking for it now.

After we had the service, it felt like we had new carpet again!
The carpets smell simply clean and not like perfumed coverups. The carpets are so clean that when I use my vacumn cleaner, the exhaust does not have that vacumn cleaner smell.
Also, the carpet pile really stands up and that enables me to extract more dirt and dog hair from my carpet. I have recommended your services to many people.

Make sure hoses don't leak on to wood floors. Had to re mop today because floors were sticky & soiled. Technician kind of sloppy in appearance and cleaning.
The guy that came to our house new carpet. He gave me lots of information and tips and was fast and neat. He sold us on this company.
I am so impressed with how clean the carpet still is! The technician was very knowledgeable and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. I waited to answer this survey because I wanted to make sure that the stains would not resurface and so far they have not. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and am making plans to use you on my home carpet. But be warned...my grands(ages 2 and 3) live with me so bring your heavy duty equipment:).
I was pleased with the disenfecting properties of your solution. The young man who performed the cleaning was extermely professional and did an outstaning job!
Quality and service
The 1st person to come out did a horrible job and almost left my carpet worse than before he came out. I was very unhappy & several family members commented how bad it looked when they saw it at Thanksgiving. I asked for a redo & the 2nd guy (Brandon) did a wonderful job. Also, the 1st time it was mid morning the next day before we could move our furniture back in because the floor was still so wet.
Our carpet was cleaned better than new and we liked the product and also the profesionalism and curtesy of the tech sent to take care of our needs. Have recomended Zerorez and the tech to all of my friends.

Well I have always used Dalworth and thought I would try your Zero Rez way of doing it and it was not the Quality that I had wanted. I do have pet stains because of a new puppy but did not purchase the extra pet stain treatment. I never had before with Dalworth either and there's is even cheaper. But never had to .. There middle service plan always gets them very well and a day or two after you were there they Resurfaced! Again I was just not impressed with the job and was disappointed that it was not as good as Dalworth we usually get service 1 to 2 times a year.. Just letting you know and I am not upset just disappointed
