IT is "water" and not a chemical. Was so amazing to see how your machine was transforming my dirty carpet into a new looking carpet. The technition "Ernest" was very professionaly and helpful in answering my questions.
Jamal and Oscar were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and seemed to enjoy doing it.
I was impressed with the ability to clean with no shanpoos or chemicals.
There are still stains showing in the carpet in my master bedroom and the carpet in the bedroom took almost two days to dry.
I thought the tech that worked on my carpet was great! Very polite and explained things as they happened! He was great and everything looks beautiful !

The service tech was friendly and good, the carpet cleaning was very good, but the service tech quoted me $30.00 for the carpet protection; when it was time to pay, the total was $180.00. He treated only about 400 sq. ft. When I mentioned his original quote, he told me it was $30.00 per room. I was very disappointed, since I had originally budgeted $99 for the work. I realize there is tax, and the $8.00 service fee, which is reasonable. I called customer service right after he left, and the reaction I received was 'I will talk to him so this doesn't happen in the future.' This doesn't help me now. Unless this is made right, I cannot recommend your organization.

The service rep did an excellent job on the carpets. However, I did notice that fixtures (dining chair, etc.) were really not moved. I did not expect heavy furniture to be moved, but the light pieces could have been moved. All in all, I will definitely use Zerorez again, and gladly recommend it.
Great job on making our 8 yr old carpets look new again.
The carpet is still not dry in certain areas. I had to run the room fans and the air conditioner yesterday and last night to try and pull the moisture out of the rooms...It got to cold in the house so I ran the room fans and the fan on the air conditioner. My dogs got home from the groomers at 5pm, and had to walk on the wet carpet. That was my whole point in keeping the two appointments coordinated, so that I could avoid this situation. I am writing this at 7:30 pm on Sunday evening 12-09-2012. The service tech said the carpet would be dry in 2 hours when he left at 12:30 Saturday 12-08-2012.
Zerorez is completely overrated! I asked for 3 rooms cleaned and sanitized for $99. That does NOT mean for you to come into MY home and pressure me to spend more money. $667 later my floors look decent but that money could've been put towards new carpets. I will NOT recommend your company to anyone ever!!!! How dare anyone come into my home and put me in an uncomfortable situation. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!!
You have cleaned our carpet a few times. This time it looks terrible. It looks close to the same as it did before you came. If I had been there, rather than my wife, I would have refused to pay the bill. In my opinion,the operator needs additional training. My wife will call you next week and ask you to send an experienced operator to redo the job.
Jared did a fantastic job on my house. I have kids running in and out of the house everyday and my carpets look great. I have recommended
Zerorez to my HOA members, family and friends. I used Stanley Steemer in the past and they did a fine job.......but Nothing in Comparison to what Jared and Zerorez has done for me. My carpet is soft and brand new looking. You would never guess I have kids or the carpet is as old as it is!
I won't use anyone else. Jared took pride in doing a great job. A rare quality these days.

The original clean was not done satisfactory. Left the house with spots after we paid extra to get the spots out. Had to call to have someone return and clean 2 spots. The next appointment was over a week later. However, the tech that came out the 2nd time was Ron Self, he is an awsome, caring and very knowledgable. He is truly an asset to your company and enjoys what he does. Wish he would have been the tech that came out the 1st time. He restored my faith in your company. Our next carpet clean we will make sure to ask for Ron.

I love the non-toxic qualities the most, but the technicians that were here were awesome!
The crew that did the job were thorough, kind, pleasant and professional. The made a process that can be very disruptive pleasant, ane maybe even fun!!

The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very friendly, knowledgble, professional.
Two areas in the living room that were traffic patterns seem to have come back somewhat after the carpet was dry. Is this normal? I vacuumed them, but they still seem to show darker than the rest of the carpet.
I thought it turned out to be a little pricey. Also, I really wasn't impressed with how the stone floors came out. They really don't look any different and I'm sorry I spent the money to do them. Carpet turned out absolutely fabulous but one area still isn't completely dry after almost 48 hours.
Tom was very professional. Gave me pointers as to how to keep my carpet looking nice. Was very polite and pleasant. He should get a raise !

Service provider very nice . Well done. I have one spot that still shows. I paid extra for special treatment. The cost for extra treatments seem high and maybe not effective enough for amt charged. I also did a flush in one spot for 75.00$ when first solution was not totally effective. So I was charge the first $60 and additional $75.00 for one spot! Seem excessive. The original deal was a basic come on. I feel a little like I was taken advantage of.

The service was prompt and the carpet stayed clean. The people were kind. Even though the radio advertisement said that I would receive a jewelry gift card for a local jeweler purchase, that never happened and was never mentioned beyond the initial phone appointment.
My carpets are actually CLEAN!!! He removed spots that other companies said couldn't be removed. LOVE Zerorez!
My 10 year old carpets always look brand new! Your employees are always courteous and call prior to arriving...and they are attentive to get all stains up! We only use zerorez!
