The telephone quote and the actual pricing at time of service is quite a bit different. The price for cleaning the rugs in home were twice what I was quoted over the phone ( even taking in to account wool vs. Synthetic).
Service tech came back out after a mix up with my mom's instructions on what rooms to clean. He did a great job. The stairs were too pricey in my opinion. $174 for stairs, small area in living room, bedroom area in front of bed/ door area, and a hallway.

Your Technicians came out on November 26, 2012 and cleaned my carpet.
I had originally contacted (and set an appointment with) my old
carpet-cleaning company (which I do not have complaints about). When I
advised my daughter, she told me to contact Zerorez as she had heard
on KLUV that they had a special going on and that part of this offer
was a $100.00 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry Store.
I cancelled my old company and decided to try Zerorez. Although they
did a fine job, I was upset to discover that the gift card was valid
only through October 30, 2012. I only discovered this when I printed
it and read the "conditions".
At no time during my scheduling, confirmation call or at service time
did anyone from Zerorez advise me that the offer was expired. This
does not bode well for a first-time experience with a new company. I
feel that Zerorez should have notified me of the expired offer so I
could have made a better informed decision.
Needless to say, I am disappointed in this experience and would like
to know if Zerorez plans on honoring the offer. If that is the
case...what do I need to do to help facilitate the process?

The service and the results were both excellent!
They work.
Service people are very prompt, polite and efficient. They meet with you first, so they can view the areas and discuss your concerns.After they are finished you do a walk through. . I have also had them come out again for some areas and they are very polite and efficient, it was not an issue at all. Everyone from the phone operators to the technicians provide superior customer service. I will never have any one else clean my carpets. Zerorez is the abosolute best!
I am not sure if it is my carpet or the cleaning but I feel that the carpet could be cleaner. And that the price was high for what was done.
It is clean and relatively quick. Our carpets looked like new. The urine smell is gone!!
Our dog ate a bag of Hershey's chocolate kisses and vomited chocolate all over the house. Three weeks later Zerorez came out, and carpet has never looked this good.

The really did feel refreshed and soft after cleaning.
The service person was on his cell phone during the cleaning. He asked about inclucing an additional pet order treatment to the cleaning and when I declined he seemed to rush through the cleaning. There were some places in the bedroom that seemed untouched. I was dissapointed that he did not put the styrofoam pieces under the furniture to allow the carpet to dry even though he brought them in and left them on a table in the entry hall.
The carpets were wet for a lot longer than I anticipated...still through the next morning. I would not have done a 4-6:30pm slot (in which he was there at 6:30pm) because as we're trying to get through bedtime routine with kids, the carpets were wet.

very good results without using chemicals and soap - esp like the no residue promise. this is my first time using Zerorez, so will see how it lives up to the promise.
