not using chemicals
That you are a 'green' company that cares about the environment and your customers at the same time. Your staff is top notch and always do a great job for me. Wouldn't think of using any other carpet cleaner.
The carpet looks amazing and the service tech was friendly and so helpful.
I like the green way you clean the carpet. The technicians are very knowledgeable and will explain what is going to happen and will answer any questions. They always do a thorough job and leave my carpets looking fresh!
However, THIS time I was disappointed because I asked for the Gene and Julie special and it didn't happen. I was charged for sanitizing and the special said 3 rooms cleaned and sanitized for $89 plus a $100 gift certificate to Fuller's Jewelry which I did not receive. I will still call on Zerorez to clean my carpets because they do such superior cleaning, but if the special is for Dallas residents only you should say so in the advertisement.

it really got our floors clean
First and foremost, the professionalism of the person who took my call, and the professionalism of the person who performed the service. I also liked the fact that he did the entire room, no shortcuts (like you hear on commercials about other companies). I also liked the no-rez technology.
I have used Zerorez once before, and during the cleaning, the technicians kept tyring to sell extra services, like clean the furniture and sanitize an area rug. I let them clean two chairs to get them to stop. Last week, I called Zerorez for the 3 rooms for $89 I heard on the radio, and they said I would get the $100 Fuller certificate also. I mentioned that my dog got sick in my daugher's room, and they said dog cleaning would be an extra $60, and I agreed to it. My master bathroom is being remodeled, so the master bedroom is a mess and we could not get it ready for the carpet cleaning. So I called Zerorez back and let them know I was changing to cleaning only the room that requires the dog cleaning. They said that they would still charge $89 for one room because it is the minimum to come clean. The morning of the scheduled cleaning, I called Zerorez and told them since the charge was still going to be $89, we would have two rooms cleaned. They said that two rooms would be $50 each. This does not seem right that you would charge $89 for one room and for three rooms, but not for two. I asked if they would charge $89 for two rooms and they said OK. I also wanted to know what the total cost would be so that I could pre-write the check. I also asked if it was OK to give the technician a check or would they invoice me. They said giving the technician the check is OK, and the total amount is $169.95, to cover the two rooms plus $60 dog cleaning. My husband and I work, and my mother was here to let them in and show them the rooms. I wanted to have the pre-written check ready so that she could hand it to the technician and also prevent any hassel about extra services like what happened before to me. Unfortunately, the technician told my mother that the dog cleaning needed something 'extra'. She did not know what to do but say OK. My mother is 81 years old. When the cleaning was done, my mother handed the check to the techincian. She said he looked at it puzzled and said that the total was approx $400, and that the amount on the check was the amount when he walked in the door. She said that she could not believe it could be that much money, and that if he had said that 'extra' was going to result in that much money, she would not have said OK. The technician should have told her what the extra cost was going to be first. I would not have agreed to it either if they called me at work before he did the 'extra' and said it would result in that much money. When my mother told me he said that the amount on the check was the amount when he walked in the door, this leads me to believe that you have a plan that the $89 charge gets you the business, then you start pushing extra services. After the technician left and I learned what happened, I called Zerorez and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. They said no one was available, took my complaint and said that a manager would call be back. I never got a call back. In addition, after the cleaning, it does not look brand new like your advertisements state you can do. It is still brown at the entrance by the door, and you can see where the shelves sit, as it is a brighter color. As a result of the above, paying $89 for two rooms, which would have been the same for one room, giving up the $100 Fuller certificate, and the technician did not advise what the cost is going to be for the 'extra', all I am asking is that you honor the agreed amount that I was given by Zerorez of $169.95, and the check has cleared. 1 area of high traffic still appears dirty and stained area was pretreated, but the spots came back.ays
On time, extremely efficient, and very courteous!
I like the heavy duty vacuum machine used before cleaning. I also like that the carpets are not soaked when done and dry time is minimal.

Justin was very nice and very professional. He did a great job and got out nearly all the stains on my carpet. I am very pleased with the work he did. The carpets look great.
The Zerorez employee, Jason, listened to my comments about the carpet and the drying time it took the last time the carpets were cleaned. (The previous steam cleaning was not dry for 2 1/2 days.) He did a great job in getting the carpets cleaned and "almost dry" before he left at 7pm, and true to his word, the carpets were dry by bedtime! Kudos for the extra effort!

the services was second to none...thank you Randy:) I do have to ask one question. what do you guys use in your chemicals? i ask this because after my carpets were cleaned on Tuesday, 13 November, I immediately starting coughing every time i took a breathe. I ended up going to the doctores yesterday because i coundn't breathe. they gave me an inhaler along with meds for my cough.
