Better communication as to the actual price I would end up paying. Both times I have used Zerorez the cost advertised and the cost I end up paying is about 3 times higher.
Granted this last time I asked for the 3 room special and when the technician arrived I asked if he could add a hall & stairs (at 5.00 EACH-EEK!). I expected it to run somewhat higher than the 89.00. By the time I added those items and the recommended pre-treating of stains (yes that was why I called for a carpet cleaner)- I was up to 240.00 dollars.
I am convinced that NO ONE does a better job on their customer service and actual carpet cleaning than you guys. I would be 110% pleased if what I budgeted to pay and what I end up paying were more in line. Both times the gentlemen who did the cleaning when presenting my actual cost claimed they "would not charge me for X or Y" as if to make the amount easier to swallow.
Again my only negative comment is with this issue- I would recommend you to anyone but I would give the warning to expect the actual cost to be much higher than the pricing you are given when making the appointment and the one you hear on the radio.

I like not leaving soap residue in my carpets.

The carpets look good and the reps were friendly. My hesitation is in the overall cost.

I took advantage of the $89 special, added two rooms at $33 each. The initial three rooms included the living room with no furniture but the tv stand; a bedroom with most of the furniture and a small hall way (36 sq feet). The two extra rooms had NO furniture, they were empty.

I added pet treatment which was a total waist of money. I expected to pay $60 - $70 extra for the hall which was the problem but ended up paying close to $200 extra. I could not tell a difference in the hall once the carpet dried. Considering there was no padding where the carpet was cleaned, I thought there would have been better results. Although pet cleaning is not guaranteed, with most of the furniture moved for the reps, $400 is a lot of money for the results.

My service person was great he was very professional and helpful, however he was overbooked for the day and was one hour to an hour and half late. When I called customer service ( I had to call them three times to figure out if someone would show up that day) they could not help me and could offer no suggestions or solutions. If the final result had not been so positive I would not reccomnd your service based on my experience from customer service

last one of the day seemed to have done a very quick job of my carpet also seem to have an unuseual oder for several days i know i did not have the dirtiest carpet but did have some pet stains but for 60.oo dallors a room thought would do a good job even though i do not have the newist carpet. i guess i would recomend you for someone with no pets and newer carpet. there always seem to be an excuse for not getting it cleaned as good as you would like it for that high price .

Limited use of chemicals and the results were very nice!! Our technician was friendly, professional and efficient and we could see that he was diligent in getting the job done right! And he did! Would definitely recommend this service to others. Thanks, Zerorez!

Tony, the technician that stretched my carpet was very courtious and professional, and he did an outstanding job.

I was quoted a cost at the time the appointment was set. I was not asked if I have a pet or told there may be additional cost to clean my carpet right. Several stains returned even before the carpet dried completely.

I like the fact that you are not using soap to clean. The carpets seemed to dry faster than when I've used other carpet cleaners. Mike was personable and seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job getting the spots out. I love the $89 special - it allowed me to have you come and and allowed me to afford to pay to have the pre-treat for spots done.

Great company..

The majority of the house looks great, but I paid an extra $300 to clean area's where my dog had urinated. It was a special treatment. As it has dried it is it has a sticky feel and the smell is just as strong. I am not satisfied.

Appointment easy to schedule with friendly person on the telephone. Technicians recommend best cleaning solutions for each area. Green/environment friendly. Trustworthy. Techs always friendly, reliable, and do a great job! Thanks Zerorez :) Woo Hoo!
