Ron Self was very throrugh in explaining exactly what services were offered, the price and what i could expect. He was professional and listened to what I needed and could afford. The next time I need carpet serveice I will be calling again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I do not like it when a company advertises a “Special” price so they can Up-Sell their service when they arrive. My wife was also quoted 189.00 for air duct cleaning. We only have 7 ducts and one return. The tech said the price would be 249.00. The tech also walk around the house with what looked like a “Black Light” flashlight looking for “Pet Spots” even after not finding any he tried to UP-Sell a pet treatment at twice the price of the per room “Cleaning”.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I made an appointment for Monday, November 12 from 4 to 6:30. No one ever showed or called. I waited two and a half hours. I rescheduled for Tuesday, November 13. The designated window was 2-5 pm. The rep arrived at 4:15 pm, but had to wait for over 2 hours for pad to be delivered before he could even start the work. The job was not completed until 8:45 pm. I believe I could have provided enough information by phone (measurements and pad description) so that you could have brought pad with you to complete the job.

The carpet was laid and cleaned to satisfaction, however the length of time involved and the lack of promptness and communication on Monday's scheduling were not.

What could we do to improve?

The crew that came to our house was professional, prompt, and did a good job. It irritated me, however, that you planned to charge me "extra" for "problem" areas. Either clean it, or don't clean it...but don't tell me you came to "clean" my carpet...but just can't really clean it properly unless I pay more money. I DID NOT appreciate this selling technique...nor did I pay for it. You need to cut out the "bait & switch" tactics! Just provide your customers what it was they asked for...don't say that your normal service is not going to work and I need to pay some kind of premium to do the job right! Name removed

Thorough, safe, fast......carpet and tile look like new and I thought I would have to replace the carpet. Service man was professional and took the time to do an excellent job.

That you use no soaps or detergents or anything that can harm our pets or my family that has severe allergies and asthma. It's also amazing that all of your technicians are so customer service savvy.

Y'all got out stains other companies did not. My Tech was outstanding and did a very through and professional job. Also, he was very nice and polite. I have already passed your number on to two of my friends who need their carpets cleaned.

Horrible smell for a couple of days after the cleaning. Someone is coming back out, but have not had carpets cleaned that had that kind of smell before.

The Tech that came was very nice but tryrd to charge me 527.00 to do my carpet when I signed up for the 3 room Fullers Gift card (which I did not get). He told me that if he cleaned my carpet with option I had requested that my house was going to smell like urine due to the fact I have cats that had sprayed in a few places. I explained I could not afford 527.00 to have my carpet cleaned. He said that I could do the regular Pet Treatment and that would be 326.00 which was still more than I could afford but did not want my house to smell as I have Family coming in for the Holidays. This really stressed me out really bad. I agreed to the 326.00. He did a ok job and the carpet looks some better but the experience was very stressful. I would like to make sure that you know that the Tech was very nice, it was the experience that was stressful.
