I've had Zerorez clean my carpets and was very impressed with outcome and customer service from representative.
I recently had a rep out to give an estimate on some other services I'm thinking of using.

We used your company because our son recommended you as he has used you on commercial carpets in his business. The service was fine and our carpets look great. Luke was very professional and did a good job. My only complaint and disappointment was the "add ons". We were quoted $l79.00 and were never told that your company evidently has a limit on the size of a room. Our home is certainly not large but our living room measures about 25' X 12' so we were charged for an extra room. We also had some ground in dirt where we sit to work the computer and were charged a $75 fee for stain removal. This brought our total to $310.66 , some $131 more than the quote. We will recommend your company but will just caution people to watch for add ons.

They were on time, I told them what I wanted, they expained what what they could do, what it would cost and options I had. They got to work and performed a miracle on my carpet. After they finished my carpet had a really clean feel to it and still does.

I have been using Zerorez for several years now and this has to be the worst job ever. I have always been happy, but the guy they sent didn't move one thing, the carpet where simple stains were, is still dirty. It was like he didn't even try. Then he tried to inflate the price $600.00 over what I was quoted. I was very unhappy with the service I received. Doubt I'll be calling Zerorez any time soon.

my carpets were very solied. The tech that came to my house was friendly,informative without being pushy. I am very sensitive to cleaning products/perfumes the products use by zero rez didn't cause any allergic issues and headaches. Everyother carpet company I have use at least has. The stain remover treatment applied to my carpet works beautifully. Thank you. Have already recommend this company to many friends.

Verbally communicate during the call to set an appointment or schedule work that stains will add $40 or more to the price quoted for each room.

Your schedulers are incompetent by not scheduling your work crews in areas where the jobs they are assigned to are in close proximity which causes your work crews to spend more time on the road and not get to appointments on time. My service provider was an 1.5 hours late and I did not get a call from him 30 minutes prior to his arrival as promised. He did finally call me after I made at least 5 calls to your dispatchers trying to locate him. Also I was to receive a $100 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry and I did not receive it.

This is the third or fourth time I have used Zerorez and this is the first time that I have been dissatisfied with the results. I was not at home when the techs arrived, but my husband was. My master bedroom carpet I am not satisfied with at all. Also, in the past I have 2 small pieces of carpet(same as the master carpet) in my doorways of the master bedroom and master bath, maybe they are 15" x 20", and the technicians in the past has cleaned those for me when they have cleaned the master bedroom carpet. The technicians wanted quite an additional amount to clean those.

My husband stated they were only their maybe 25 minutes. I am for anyone making a living, but I wish they would have taken a little more time to do a better cleaning than what I received on the carpet in my master bedroom.
