What do you like about our products and services?

Energized water, green, no soap, and almost everything came out of the carpet. Now, we are not feeling the pressure to replace the carpet so soon.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have a grandson who has reactions to some chemical due to skin conditions , so it's nice to know there isn't anything that would bother him in the carpet.

We had to have a technician come back out -- and the room still doesn't smell right. It smells worse than before Zerorez comes back.

You advertise that your process gets carpets clean and stains removed. My carpets don't look clean (although your associate assured me that they are clean) but high traffic areas still show stains.

YOUR CLEANING SYSTEM IS AWSOME. rANDY jONES IS THE BEST TECNICIAN I HAVE EVER HAD. MY CARPET LOOKS NEW. THE NEW MACHINE MADE A DIFFERENCE. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPAY TO CLEAN MY CARPET.
