What do you like about our products and services?

Service person did an EXCELLENT job. He was courteous and professional. My carpets look GREAT! Better than other companies have done in the past. I will definatley use Zerorez in the future.

I liked that the technician called me to tell me he was on his way and emailed me the invoice/receipt immediately. The carpet was cleaned well and went beyond my expectations.

I scheduled an appt....no one showed up. I called and they said I wasn't in the system. I rescheduled 10/29/12 between 4:30 and 6:30 PM. Mike didn't show up until 8:45 PM. Said they were behind schedule.

we feel for like it was false advertising! The commercial said $100.00 gift certifacate, not $89.00. and then to join something that you get coupons and to answer this questionaire we would get 25.00 for another coupon!! If this the way you do business, then I will let everyone know it is not true!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Non toxic, pet safe carpet cleaning. This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez and both times I have been impressed with the technicians and the quality of the cleaning. My 9 year old, two dog hard worn carpets look like new. I have made it my new policy to have my carpets cleanned yearly by Zerorez.

couch and coffee table not moved, I was under impression this would be done and no concentration on stains in carpet. You can redo some stained areas to make sure that all was done to remove them and move couch and coffee table to clean those missed spots. I would of moved them if I would of known you all would not.I understand not all stains come up but the effort to remove them would be nice.

I am very happy with your carpet cleaning service. I have had my carpets cleaned twice now and would not call another company for cleaning.

I had carpet in 2 rooms stretched. Couple of issues: the first time they came out, the technicians didn't have the correct equipment so I had to reschedule. Second time out, a week later, one technician came and said the job was a 2 man job so he called another crew, fortunately they were able to come out the same day. Finally, the 3rd time, the carpets were stretched. They look good but sure hope I don't have to go through that again.

The pet stains and odors were eliminated from our carpeting. The cleaner was on time, open and honest about our situation and what he thought would be best for our carpets. He worked efficiently and did a great job.

I was quoted about $300.00 on the phone. When the tech got out to my house he said it was going to cost $1000.00. Your company needs to do a better job of giving estimates.

Your technician and your scheduling people are not on the same page, and in fact, are not complimentary or respectful of each other. I will not use your services or recommend your company to anyone.

To whom it may concern,
October 16th I hired your company to clean my carpets. After the carets dried we walked through the rooms again. I noticed behind doors and along baseboards it looked like they were never cleaned. I paid well over $400.00 dollars for this service and expected a quality service than I received.
I have been listening to Jody Dean on KLUV for several years about the quality work he received but I did not see it here.
I will be more than willing to send photographs showing what I am unhappy about.

What do you like about our products and services?

WE had our carpets done the first time by two young men...after the carpets dried, they looked just like they had NEVER been cleaned...the floor was wet for 2 days and I thought we had been had by false advertising. When I responded in my first feedback, I was notified that I would hear back from someone. It took weeks for that to happen...once again, I thought this was a dud company. When I was contacted, I reluctantly agreed to give them a second chance to see what they could do. I noted that Stanley Steamer had always gotten my carpets cleaned...we have them done twice yearly. The man that came to clean our carpets obviously knew how to use the equipment...in just a few strokes, I could already see the difference between clean and uncleaned areas...even areas that were stubborn for Stanley Steamer came clean...We had just given those areas in front of the couch as a lost cause...This was impressive...The floors were not left soaked as they were from the first attempt. I would say I would highly recommend the cleaning service, except that I don't know if I would get the same guy who knew what he was doing. The other young men worked hard and were fairly friendly, but just ineffective as all get out!!! They basically left my berber carpet wet...and in the same state as before cleaning...The two different experiences are night and day. So...I would love to try you again, but could you figure out who those two guys were and note them as not welcome back at my hous,,,and could you guarantee that they guy who did clean my carpets the second time would be the one to clean my carpets...or someone at least of his experience? I don't have the names of any of them unfortunately...But if you keep routing records of service records, I would appreciate a note in my file...We have been from 0 to 10 in our experience. My appointment was a bit difficult to schedule. When I was trying to make the appointment, I stressed to the scheduler that I could not do morning of the particular day that we were discussing. When they called back to confirm the appointment, it was for the morning -- the exact time that I told the scheduler that I could NOT do. She indicated to me that although they did have afternoon appts available, it was because of the route of the technician (that they circle OUT and then come back, and my house is close to the dispatch, or something like that). I was made to feel that although I requested the afternoon, the technician's route was more important than my schedule. When I explained again that I would not be home at that time and that the afternoon was the only time that would work for me, she went back a second time to discuss with the dispatch. I was finally able to get the afternoon appointment. I just don't think that's a very good way to do business. I understand that you have to be efficient with your appointments, but if the customer isn't available, don't force them into an appointment that won't work. I was very close to hanging up and calling another carpet cleaner.
I also feel like the technicians do more selling than necessary. I always am ready to have my "game on" face when they come, because I know they will try to up-sell me. My tech did a nice job on the carpet, but tried to sell me on some granite cleaning. I don't need granite cleaning. If I did, I would have asked for it. When I had my carpets cleaned last year the Zerorez tech sold me a $90 mop kit that I wasn't that thrilled with. I should not have to deal with an in-home salesperson when I get my carpets cleaned -- I just want my carpets cleaned.

What could we do to improve?

They did an excellent job of cleaning very soiled carpet and were very courteous. Unfortunately, it was very expensive. I knew it would be more than the come-on add of $89 but I did not anticipate almost 10 times that price. I had five rooms to be cleaned and they were all oversized. In addition, I had pet stains and I requested Scotch Guard. Nonetheless, it sees very expensive. The advertisement also said there would be a $100 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry. I mentioned the Jodie Dean ad twice, but I did not receive a gift certificate. So I am extremely pleased with my carpet; I have some reservations about the advertising.
