The air duct cleaning was a clean process - nothing blown out into my house. My carpet looks and feels wonderful. It's 22 years old, and the process Zerorez used made it look almost new again. The team was friendly and professional - they really did a great job.
My carpets look excellent, and most of the residue from prior cleanings was extracted from one particular carpet so that the color matched the rest of the house.
This was far the worst experience I have ever had with a service of any kind. I had three rooms of carpet cleaned the service tech spent less then 20 min. to clean all three rooms. When I tried to speak to a service supervisor about the experience it took two days and 6 phone calls to finally speak to someone. They will be sending another tech out to re clean my carpets . Hoping for a better out come

THE WORKERS WERE VERY FREINDLY AND THEY NEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WENT OVER AND BEYOND THERE DUTY.
Non-toxic carpet cleaning and no residue. Especially loved the pet odor removal - so far no odor bounce back! Already recommended Zerorez to two people.
Get your quality of carpet cleaning back to what it was 2-3 years ago.

I will have to see what the carpet looks like over the next couple of months, to see whether it packs down and looks worse than it does right now. It is definitely cleaner than it was but still discolored. The rep did a very good job and seemed knowledgeable about the process.
Time will tell if the carpet stays cleaner longer or better than other methods. I do like the fact that carpet is able to be cleaned with water instead of chemicals, that is why I wanted to try Zerorez.
However, what impressed me the most the day of the cleaning were your employees, Ceasar and Luke. In particular, I felt Ceasar was extremely professional. He explained all of my options of the various cleaning methods. He was very interested in making sure I was totally satisfied with the cleaning. If I had a company I would want everyone that worked for me to be like Ceasar. People like Ceasar are very rare these days. He took such pride and joy in doing a job to the best of his ability. He represents your company well and I hope that you let him know that he made a difference in whether I will use Zerorez in the future and promote Zerorez to others!
The technician was great however $200 to clean a 7' round and a 5/7' synthetic is too much to spend on ever doing it again. I will warn anyone I know about this.
The technician, Tony, that came to the house was very professional and explained everything to us. He did a great job and we felt he went above what he needed to do to make our carpet look as great as possible considering our circumstances.
We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our neighbors.

extra clean job
I spent $140.06...for this service. I'm not sure that I got my money worth because the techs were only in my house 30 minutes. They did not pre-spray all the spots on my carpet...it was just hit and miss type action. Didn't say much except when they tried to sell me more services. I just didn't feel that good feeling that I got my moneys worth.
Kermit was nice and explained everything pertaining to cost and what he would be doing before he even started.
He was very friendly and thorough with everything. The carpets could probably use another round of topical pet stain remover but I'm still incredidably pleased with everything. Since he had to flood 2 areas the carpet.is taking.longer then "normal" but he's been very helpful throuht the day
some spots that seemed like they should come out did not. Was told that all spots came out except one area so I was disappointed when I saw others had not.

It took 3 days for my carpet to dry. I was told 4 hours. Other than that my carpet looks awesome.

It's the pricing thing. I think I was quoted 6 prices. I never know until you are here how much you will charge. I would rather have dirty rugs than think that I have been lied to or cheated. Have a price and stick to it. Maybe that isn't the industry standard. Whatever. Pat Last name removed
