Zerorez was right on time and did a very nice job of cleaning our carpets. The technician was also very honest about stains that would probably not come clean (and he was correct).

What could we do to improve?

Techs were very polite but arrived after the time window I was given (one hour late). They gave me a discount to make up for this. Also, one of the techs was on the phone (a lot) and that made the job take longer than necessary. I believe he was on work related calls, not personal. Also, stairs were left very wet and took almost 24 ours to dry.
I am very happy with the results of the cleaning and the techs worked hard. My carpets look much better than before cleaning. However, I feel like I paid more than I wanted to and there were things that could have gone better.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the man that came to clean my car was he was very nice and when he told the cost I almost said no, I called and the lady said she would send him out and could see and give
me a different price. It was dirty by just needed to be clean.
He did a good job but the price it just to high. it did not take him very long at all.
refund some of the money or come clean my guest bedroom at no cost. (it would not be the whole room just where a guest spill something on the carpet) I live in Terrell

What could we do to improve?

I did not like that the price quoted on the phone did not match the bill. The special was $89.00 for three rooms and I was charged $99.00. I know it was just ten dollars. When I ask ed the tech, he said what is the big deal its just ten bucks. I do like the job that was done. My carpets look good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I did not know about an extra charge to clean the dog stains in the basic cleaning and that was a not explained until the guy got here to do the job. Other than that it was a good job, but I didn't spend the extra $60.00 for the extra treatment. We will see how long this cleaning lasts compared to the other cleaning service we have used before.

What could we do to improve?

The advertised special appears to be a "hook" to get a customer to schedule appointments. I was pleased with the service, the technician and the results, but I was not happy with the escallated cost. I felt I had been duped! I ending up paying over three ($300.00) hundred dollars.

A disclaimer needs to be included in the advertisement that there may be additional changes other than the taxes.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Request was made to have areas cleaned where there was traffic -- pathway in LR to FR and small hallway -- approx. 15 feet and pathway in bedroom from door to Master Bath. I was quoted a price of $89. At time of cleaning I was told this was three rooms and a hallway -- price now jumped to $89 plus $25 for the hallway. On top of that I was informed if I put conditioner treatment on it would run $60 -- next amount now jumped to $90. One area was cleaned thoroughly and the hallway and bedroom pathway are not totally clean. My bill became $228 and for that amount I should expect a complete cleaning.
I have rescheduled cleaning since I was not satisfied.

Green alternative to other services and even though some of the stains come back, they seem to disappear longer than with other carpet cleaning companies.

When the technicians left my house on Wednesday, the tile floor was wet and I couldn't tell how it looked until everything was dry. There are some white streaks on the brown grout that weren't there before. I was just hoping the tile would look better than it does.
I also had to ask to have a few things moved before the carpets were cleaned. For what I paid, especially the tile, I think more could have been done for me. Name removed

The dispatcher did not tell that there was an $89 minimum, Luckily the driver was kind enough to give me a reasonable rate for cleaning 1 chair. The hoses leaked all over my living room. The drivers attempted to move it to my foyer where there is tile. The stains did not come out of the glider which was a gift from a friend for our new baby. Overall, they were prompt but my experience was less than par. I do not believe it was the driver as much as the dispatcher and the equipment.
