I have been using Zerorez for several years now and this has to be the worst job ever. I have always been happy, but the guy they sent didn't move one thing, the carpet where simple stains were, is still dirty. It was like he didn't even try. Then he tried to inflate the price $600.00 over what I was quoted. I was very unhappy with the service I received. Doubt I'll be calling Zerorez any time soon.

my carpets were very solied. The tech that came to my house was friendly,informative without being pushy. I am very sensitive to cleaning products/perfumes the products use by zero rez didn't cause any allergic issues and headaches. Everyother carpet company I have use at least has. The stain remover treatment applied to my carpet works beautifully. Thank you. Have already recommend this company to many friends.

Verbally communicate during the call to set an appointment or schedule work that stains will add $40 or more to the price quoted for each room.
Your schedulers are incompetent by not scheduling your work crews in areas where the jobs they are assigned to are in close proximity which causes your work crews to spend more time on the road and not get to appointments on time. My service provider was an 1.5 hours late and I did not get a call from him 30 minutes prior to his arrival as promised. He did finally call me after I made at least 5 calls to your dispatchers trying to locate him. Also I was to receive a $100 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry and I did not receive it.
This is the third or fourth time I have used Zerorez and this is the first time that I have been dissatisfied with the results. I was not at home when the techs arrived, but my husband was. My master bedroom carpet I am not satisfied with at all. Also, in the past I have 2 small pieces of carpet(same as the master carpet) in my doorways of the master bedroom and master bath, maybe they are 15" x 20", and the technicians in the past has cleaned those for me when they have cleaned the master bedroom carpet. The technicians wanted quite an additional amount to clean those.
My husband stated they were only their maybe 25 minutes. I am for anyone making a living, but I wish they would have taken a little more time to do a better cleaning than what I received on the carpet in my master bedroom.

HE WAS PROFESSIONALLY DRESSED, TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO,HOW YOUR PRODUCT WORKS,HE ALSO WENT OVER THE STAINS AS MUCH AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE,TOLD ME HOW LONG IS GOING TO TAKE,AND ABOUT ALL THE OTHER SERVICES THAT YOU PROVIDE.MY HOME NOW LOOKS AND FEELS CLEAN. HE IS AN EXCELLENT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I called complaining that your rep cleaned a portion of our floor tile without authorization to do so and left us with an awkward situation. No one has bothered to follow up with us.
The technician who came to my home was very nice and respectful. He showed me what he was going to do and was open to questions.

The time response was excellent. The young men who came to the house were very friendly. And the time it took to clean the carpets was quick. However, what disappointed me to where I would never recommend to anyone is the bait and switch tactics used by your company. When I received a callback to schedule an appointment I repeatedly asked the young lady on the phone if there would be any additional costs (the rate quoted to me was $120 and since it was election day it would be at 40% off -so should have been $78)& she assured me there would not be. As soon as the boys got into the house they said what do I want from your company. I said clean carpets. Then they proceded to "sell" me the acid treatment (thought you were a green company?) and treatment to remove oder -"like febreeze". Told them I wanted carpets cleaned and smell out. To the tune of $269.96! Woah! Even with the extra "treatments" they said that would only be $120 and of course the initial cost which should have been $78 really should have been only $214.33. Why so much of a difference? And why would you advertise to clean carpets with water only for $78. I could have rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe's and done that for only $30! REALLY? REALLY! I am VERY DISSAPOINTED, not to mention out so much money for something I was told would have no extra hidden costs. And I feel those treatments were HIDDEN COSTS! You advertise to clean carpets????? NO I DON'T THINK SO! I am very tempted to call the Better Business bureau and the Attorney General's office on this type of practice. And I was not given a receipt. He wrote it up right there, he took my check right there. Why couldn't your company give a receipt right there? I was told it would be sent to me. And I MUST HAVE this to be re-embursed for the Estate I am trying to ready for sale.
