The person you sent did a good job, but he argued with me about my cats. Really strange. I was tired, had worked out of town 14-16 hours a day for 7 days and didn't really need that. Oh, well, I'll definately use you guys again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. I responded to an radio ad that said pretreatment was included. When the guys came they told us that we really needed a pretreatment "brightener", which I thought was the pretreatment that was included in the radio ad. So I told them to go ahead. I ended up being charged for that.
2. The carpet was "crunchy" afterwards, like chemicals were used...just like any other carpet cleaning service.
3. It has gotten dirty quickly again.
4. The water pumped out of the system during the cleaning flooded our front yard and into our garage.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT MR. KENNETH AND HIS PARTNER DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR FLOORS.. WE REALLY LIKED THEM...

THE ONE PROBLEM WE DID HAVE IS THE NEXT DAY WE NOTICED THERE WAS SOME DIRTY WATER MARKS ON THE WALL AFTER THE FLOORS WERE DONE..

How clean it felt afterwards usually when i try to clean my carpet with or personal cleaner it feels soapy even after it dries.you guys were awesome and affordable, my husband was ! Thank !!! I've already recommended you all to my coworker.

What do you like about our products and services?

The two technicians who came to my house were wonderful. My dog had saturated my son's carpet while we were gone - the smell and stain are both gone and he is sleeping peacefully in his room again. Your scheduling system is not very customer friendly, however. I was very specific that I needed a morning appointment. The first confirmation was for an afternoon appointment and I had to reschedule (waiting through the weekend with the horrible smell from dog urine permeating the house). The 2nd confirmation, again after requesting a morning appointment, was for 11-1 and I was told the technician could come as late as 1 - 1pm is not the morning. Had I not been in such a bind, and had I not heard about you on KLTY, I would have called another company!! But I am extremely happy with the results and the two fine technicians you sent to my home!

Overcharged --Never deducted the 25.00 coupon that I gave to your employee (who claimed he didn't know how to do a coupon.) I called but you never got back to me.

i still have a lot of the stains, you are extremely too expensive, worker used my cell phone charger next to my bed without asking. no i will not recommend at all.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The customer service staff that answers the phone does not provide clear information regarding services. I had two rooms of carpet cleaned and a sofa with loose cushions cleaned. I was informed by the technician that normally an additional $10 per cushion is charged for cleaning loose cushions. This is ridiculous considering if the sofa did NOT have loose cushions, Zerorez would not charge extra. The technician was accommodating and cleaned all for the estimated price. Truthful details would be helpful. Overall the job was satisfactory.

Carpet service Oct 10 which included $90 for Fiber Protectant in 3 rooms but on Oct 12 we found three dime size spots in the entry to the master BR whic looked maybe like blood.
Took water and tried to remove -- NO NO. Added dish soap and tri3d to remove, but little
re,oved -- after a day and many tries, used white vinegar and after several times think we have it removed.
We were told that your Fiber Protectant would allow us to remove antthing with just water.
NOT TRUE. NOT worth the $90 fee. I could have done better with Scotch Guard spray
and at a lot less cost.

The carpet you were here to clean was installed on 12-11-11, not a year old but had a dirty traffic pattern. Your representative told me from the start all the reasons he might not be able to get the carpet clean. I sould have stopped there.

The Jody Dean come-on offered a store gift cert that could not be accessed.

It was just a lesson learned.

I'm not very happy with the result of my wood floor cleaning because I feel it still looks the same as before and it was pretty pricey nice I had wood flooring about a 1100sq ft.
