It looks like a new carpet ---I would like to have a copy of the receipt.
It was not complete with the required suffix in order for it to be opened.
My carpet feels very clean and smells great. Your company showed me how soiled my carpet was from our pets. Now, they are no longer allowed in my home. I am a happier person, enjoying my home. Much Mahalo!

We had a very bad pet odor and when the tech came out and cleaned our tile and carpets the results were amazing!!!! I couldn't be more happy!

There area a few spots for the grout cleaning that look like they were missed (size about tile length and width). Grout around these areas looks much cleaner and both the clean and not so clean areas are in high traffic areas.

Typical "bait and switch" offer. We ordered the 3 rooms for $89 special with the $100 Fullers gift card. The technician wasn't there 15 minutes and our total went up to $347. He did the 3 rooms and 2 days later one of them was still wet and smelling of mildew. To top it off, we never got the gift card.

This was our 5th, or 6th service from Zerorez and have been impressed with all previous service, techs, and customer service. The techs were late but called @12:25 for a 10-
12:30 appointment, acceptable. Upon arriving, came in, without introducing themselves, like all of the previous did with a handshake, and said what you got? My wife and I just looked at each other and shock our heads, finially she said we got carpet and he did not say anything, we the showed him the areas needing special attention, he shock his head and quoted a price. I did mention we had moved all of the furniture and drapes so they would not have to move one thing and he seemed in a hurry to get out of here. They started moving in equipment and asked to uses a wrench to fix a nozzle, no problem. Did the job in about 45 minutes and said it would be $574.13, I asked him for a breakdown which seemed to be hassle for him and I just paid him and recieved no invoice. All in all I am sure the work was ok but customer service probably lost you a customer and refferals. I am sure he had other appointments but I was the customer in front of him, did not mind loaning a wrench but not without a simple thank you, "what you got" is not very professional, especially for a company like Zerorez, breaking down the charges seemed like a real hassle to him. I feel your tech has an attitude that needs adjustment.
After all the great service and work Zerorez has done for us in the past, I would be hard pressed to use your company again with this experience. I am sure you are very busy and have employee issues, but this one is inexcusable.

My carpets look great. I loved that there was not a strong smell left afterward. The technician was very friendly and informative.
The carpet didn't come clean, and smelled bad when finished.
Price special advertized on radio was less than a third of what we wound up paying, due to some areas of pet odor. However, your "bottom up" system described on the web site was not used, just a topical odor remover.
Prices for additional items are high. I requested two area rugs, 8x10 which were priced at $100 per rug. That was nearly the same amount of the initial estimate for al rooms.
The technician was extremely professional and efficient. The service was simple and effective, we were very impressed with the results!
Courteous, fast, helpful, knowledgeable service. My carpet had quite a few tough grease and pet stains but when Mike was done cleaning our carpet it gleamed like new!
The techs providing the service were very knowledgeable and thorough. They explained each treatment and how it works on existing pet stains to help remove and prevent return.

Our carpets are cleaner and softer now than after any other work we have had done on them.
I like that they dried out faster too.
That steam is used and not alot of chemicals, they were efficient and quick. The mem were very pleasant and polite. The carpet looks pretty good for being almost 11 years old and only cleaned once during that time.

You charged $170 to clean a queen mattress yet you advertise a three room carpet cleaning for around $100. It seems a 30 minute or less mattress cleaning would cost less than cleaning three rooms of carpet.
I like how the carpet feels after it is cleaned and dry. The equipment they use is very powerful and cleans good.
Arrived early. Did additional work (carpet stretching) that I had not originally asked for. Very nice, clean, friendly, helpful employees. Did a wonderful job of stretching and cleaning carpet.

FOUND THAT THE PROMPTNESS AND RAPID TREATMENT OF THE CARPETS AND TILE FAR EXCEDED ANY PREVIOUS SERVICES FROM OTHER FIRMS . THE TECH WALKED ME THROUGH AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE HOUR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS COURTIOUS AND VERY EFFICIENT.
We were misinformed on the services at the time of scheduling the service. Seems like there is a lot of miscommunication.

Zerorez has always done a very good job, up until this visit. Several stains remained on the carpet,even though we paid extra for the pet cleaning treatment. The carpets look better, but not as good as they usually do with Zerorez. I was definitely disappointed. We also paid extra for the protection in one room but this is the room that looks the worst. have you all changed your procedure?

The service was very good. Clean carpet, better than many others before them.
