I like the friendliness of the person who took the phone calls and the person who came out and did the actual job(clean the carpet). The carpet looks great!

Provide coupons for repeat customers or other tokens of appreciation (like buy 3 rooms and get 1 sofa free for repeat business etc....)
There were several stains that the technician was unable to remove in one room. The only recommendation he had was to replace the carpet. That solution is not practical at this time. Although most of the carpets look nice, I cannot say that this seems any better than what any carpet cleaner would have done.
Carpet cleaning seems to get up spots that other companys don't.
Technicians are very professional and friendly. Also no chemicals in the carpet, it's safe for humans and pets.
How I was disappointed... My carpets smell awful. I paid $90 extra dollars to have no more than 100 SQ ft of carpet treated for pet damage. All I can smell in those areas is pet odor. The carpets look great, as they did when the technician left. However, after a day or so of traffic on the carpets the smell of pet odor is horrible. I am not sure how it was possible for the technician to "accurately" treat these areas and complete a full carpet clean of three bedrooms in less than one half hour.
How you can make things right.... Send a new technician (please not the same man) to my house and have the appropriate areas retreated for pet damage. For the price I paid to have my carpets cleaned and treated they should smell wonderful and not have any odor at all.
I have used Zerorez many times and I have never been told "I'm going to do a great job for you today and if you would like to tip me that would be OK, but if you don't I'll do a great job anyway." I have never tipped Zerorez and wasn't aware I should. I don't tip the plumber or painter.
I told Mike I was upset by what he said and I don't want him to lose his job, but I don't think he gets it. That was just plain rude and not a good reflection on Zerorez. All other technicians have been great.
I was charged an extra $50 to clean a room and in the radio commercial it states $39. Also, I feel that $120 is high for a pet treatment.
The technician Tim was beyond expectation. He called to say he was on way, and apologized for being at the late end of promised window. Then when he arrived, he examined, explained processes and got to work. His knowledge was impressive. But he also gave 120% in effort when I said I had to leave in short time. He worked SUPER hard & fast but still did all the work in record time. Plus even some very old carpet stains came out. Other carpets looked & felt great.
JB was my technician and not only was he very friendly and explained all my options, he did a great job!!
Mike was professional, prompt, courteous and very helpful. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

I love that it doesn't smell. Traditional carpet cleaning always gave me a headache and I had to be out of the house.
The price that was quoted to us ended up being double the cost & what kid stated on the radio is not at all the way things went. We were very disappointed in the entire situation except for your very nice gentleman that was sent out to clean the carpets. My number at work is Phone number removed & we would appreciate a telephone call to explain this entire matter. We very much feel like that this was false advertising in every respect.

Product is awesome. However, I didnt like the fact that there were additional fees (like fuel) that I was not told of when I made the appointment.
All the stains didn't come out the first time and I had to schedule another cleanng

I like that you use no soaps or chemicals, and that the technician took what I think was a more than adequate amount of time to complete the job.
Our 12 yr old white carpet (not my choice - it was already here) looks like new, feels so soft, is clean enough for the grandbabies to crawl on, and hey...it does make me look like quite the housekeeper! Every thing you say in your ads is true...and even more so when I see what my white carpet looks like!

I Had two spots that I asked them to give special treatment but I do not think they gave them special treatment.
For at least 10 years now, I get exactly what I want and it's clean carpets! The one year I tried another company I ended up having to pay twice to have yall come out after them to do it right.
