I was told someone would be at my house between 5&7 for quote. I got a call at 530 saying it would be a couple hours. 7 o'clock was already pushing it for me so 730 was out of the question. they agreed to call me back in the morning with a new time. it was 730 at night the next day before they called. I was so upset I didn't bother answering the phone. I work nights I cant be here at night for quote.
Took 2 cleanings but carpet is now dry & looks great! Very pleased that 2nd tech came & re-did carpet @ no charge.
When I booked the appointment I was not told that because of the size of one of my rooms it would count as 2 rooms. Dal Worth Carpet as well as kewii carpet cleaners has never ever charged me double for my den. The front office should have informed me of this. This is no reflection on the technician. He was very professional. I would request that technician again. I do not think it is a very good business practice to quote a price at the time of booking the appointment and then when the tech gets to the job it is another price. For this reason I will not recommend zerorez.
I like that there was no strong smell. Also how quick the work was done. The technical was great and explained everything he did. My carpets and furniture look great.
Your representative, Mike did an awesome job for us! We had a real mess left by our contractors who remodeled our kitchen and master bath with foot prints and dirt everywhere. Thanks to Zerorez for making our carpets look new again.

The young man was so polite and courteous and seemed to really know what he was doing. The floor looks really clean.
Carpet was not clean and when I spoke to the tech about it he said it was because my carpet was stained. Well, of course my carpet was stained that is why I called Zerorez. He said he could try again but would have the same results. I informed him that I was not pleased and did not plan to pay for this type of service. He called his superviser and I got the same story until he finally ask me if they could try cleaning it again. I explained to him that if he same results was assured then why. He then spoke to the tech and after the second cleaning and about 45 minutes later the carpet was clean. This was not a pleasent situation for me and did not like the confrontation.
The product didnt leave any harsh smells behind and carpet's dried in just a few hours.

Several spots in carpeting did not come out. Would like to have the tech return and get the spots out of carpeting.

The dry time was several hours vs an hour or two that the cleaner mentioned. Also had to reschedule twice bc of a miscommunication we had asked for early as possible clean for dry carpets in the afternoon evening. Good thing we did reschedule bc the drying time was about 7 hours.
Also we rc'd a call the day before saying it would be bt 11-1:30pm and the next morning the tech called at 9 and said he was on his way.
Also he charged an $8 gas surcharge which was not mentioned prior.
Otherwise the carpets look good.
Your representatives Caesar and Richard were the best. They were thorough and worked hard and fast. My carpets look wonderful. You have my business from now on and will highly recommend your company because of those two men and the professional way they cleaned my home. Thank you.
Your technicians are great. This is my third time using your service, and I am thoroughly pleased and have recommended you many times! The gentlemen that cleaned my carpets on Thursday were so friendly, polite, and professional. They knew what they were doing and did it well! A lady named Beatrice was especially helpful on the phone, and I commend her.
Randy and Daniel, the technicians, were great! I feel I got a great job for a reasonable price. Happy Thanksgiving! And by the way I hear your commercials on WBAP all the time.....and often with Chris Krok.

Ron, our serviceman was great! Very knowledgeable about Zerorez services and products available. He paid attention to all of our questions that we asked and answered them precisely and increased our confidence in Zerorez! We will definitely be using your company again in the future.
The guys did a great job and were curtious and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves Will recommend.
not using chemicals
That you are a 'green' company that cares about the environment and your customers at the same time. Your staff is top notch and always do a great job for me. Wouldn't think of using any other carpet cleaner.
The carpet looks amazing and the service tech was friendly and so helpful.
I like the green way you clean the carpet. The technicians are very knowledgeable and will explain what is going to happen and will answer any questions. They always do a thorough job and leave my carpets looking fresh!
However, THIS time I was disappointed because I asked for the Gene and Julie special and it didn't happen. I was charged for sanitizing and the special said 3 rooms cleaned and sanitized for $89 plus a $100 gift certificate to Fuller's Jewelry which I did not receive. I will still call on Zerorez to clean my carpets because they do such superior cleaning, but if the special is for Dallas residents only you should say so in the advertisement.
