How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

No one called or showed up for our appointment at the window of time that was given to us. I had to call to find out if someone was coming and then was told someone did show up and knocked on the door and no one answered. My husband was home for the entire time you were supposed to show up. You did send another technician but he didn't come until 7:00 pm and I think that is too late - we expect to have our nights to ourselves. I also thought your services were too expensive. The basic service is fine, but I think you really take advantage of people who have stains. Your adverstising does not indicate that stain removal is essentially going to triple the cost.

Arrive on time as promised(within the window at least,or call).Take a little more time to get the carpet really clean as promised.( do not rush)Do not track in with wet feet on my tile floor.Do not leave trash in my driveway.

i like that your product doesn't show the same dirt and less than two weeks that many other carpet companies do.....and your service people are very personable, friendly and want the customer to be happy.

We did not have the service on the scheduled date. the workers had to arrive much later than originally scheduled--they came at 7:30 instead of the 4:30-6 time frame we were originally given. we ok'd this by phone but when they arrived it was dark and we could not find the spots that needed the repeat treating. The man was very nice and said we could re-schedule and understood about the darkness. So, he left. So, I am needing to re-schedule a re-treat during daylight hours. thanks.

I chose Zerorez because of the special enzyme cleaning for pet stains and the use of less water allowed the carpet to dry quickly. The representatives were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were very courteous.

not sure what I was expecting, such high acclaim from radio ads but carpet really didn't look any better or worse afterwards than from other companies. The liklihood of using zerorez again will be if the carpet indeed doesn't get dirty again as quickly. What I did like was the guy who came out but not completely sold on the process yet.

What do you like about our products and services?

We like the zero residue feature. We were unhappy that one employee promised to call us on Monday and work out a time to deliver the rug that afternoon and failed to do so. Once we got the attention of the right people, things went well. The gentleman who placed the carpet and pad did a superb job and left a fine impression.

I don't understand why small pieces of furniture (lamp tables that had been cleared of clutter) were not moved. At least if I'd known I'd moved everything but beds and dressers myself. Why a not heavy chair on casters was not moved. Why sofa I paid to have cleaned was not pulled away from the wall (the back doesn't get dirty in your house?) or why I went around with a sponge today rubbing up small dirt spots that were probably food stains. Yup they came up, so I guess you could say your 'cleaning' prepared spots to come up easily. Isn't spotting something that is supposed to be done first?

I'm no expert on the product, so I won't speak to that at this time. However, the service was great, friendly, to the point, efficient, I couldn't believe when they came to tell me they were done. I have already recommended to my sister.

What could we do to improve?

Overall, everything was great. They were very courteous, and actually got the job done faster than advertised. They also didn't nickle and dime me.

My concerns were this: When I turned on the AC for the first time on the downstairs unit, a large amount of particulate blasted out of the vents and showered me, which I wasn't expecting. Since it was the only time, it made sense. But, I wish I could have been told to expect that, since it made me worry about the service provided, and I also would have stood somewhere else.

The other thing I noticed was particulate in some of my sinks and in the tub. It leads me to wonder if they were dumping in the sinks and tub. Again, something I'd like to know, and if true, a little better cleanup would have been nice.

Small complaints, since everything else went great.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am VERY disappointed with and will NEVER use this company again. I originally scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned due to positive feedback that I received from past customers. Here's what I got:

1. Appointment #1 - Monday, October 22nd. Estimate over the phone was approx. $300. After technician arrived and mentioned all of the other "hidden" pet regular and deep cleaning fees, my bill ended up being over $900. I was also told by the technician that the cleaning would get rid of ALL stains, pet odor, etc. and that going forward, I would just need to complete maintenance by having carpets cleaned once or twice a year. With the service costing that much, I also assumed your company would do an exceptional job with removing stains and pet odor. This was not the case. Based on the before and after, I would say stains were lightened but still noticeable and pet odor remained. I can honestly say that shampooing my carpets personally got them cleaner. This was Strike #1. Oh, and I really enjoyed seeing the "non-guaranteed" comments on my invoice AFTER I paid. I definitely would not have spent almost a $1,000 knowing that none of the work was guaranteed.

2. Appointment #2 - Saturday, October 27th. After calling your office back the day after the initial cleaning to complain by continuing to see stains reappear and the pet odor not going away, a technician was scheduled to come out and re-clean the areas where stains remained. The technician came but said that I would need to do another complete, deep pet clean to get rid of the odor (replacing pad, etc.). As for the stains, he sprayed something on a few of them but that was it. We scheduled another appointment for Thursday, November 1st to do the complete pet clean. I was told that the original technician would have to be the one that completed that work. Strike #2.

3. Appointment #3 - Thursday, November 1st. My appointment was scheduled with a 4PM-6:30PM window. After waiting until 7PM with no phone calls from your company, I called you and was told that the technician got behind on another call and would be finishing up and heading my way shortly. I was giving you guys the benefit of the doubt but shouldn't have. At around 7:30PM, a completely different technician called to let me know he was headed my way. I asked why the initial technician wasn't coming considering that's what I was told on Appointment #2, and this technician said that the appointment was to only come out and do an estimate and take measures. No actual work was going to be done. This was Strike #3, especially since the technicians on Appointment #2 gave me an estimate and took measures then. I told the technician on the phone to make sure Management calls me 1st thing in the morning - we'll see if that happens.

It's now been almost two weeks with no clean carpets and very bad service from your company. At this point, the only thing that you can do for me is to give me a full refund so that I can schedule another carpet cleaning company to do the work. This is rediculous. It's amazing you've made it this long.

We've had this company out in the past to clean our carpets and they did the entire house. This time around, we had approximately 1,200 square feet cleaned. Even with that, the entire home smells fresh. With that, we've scheduled them to come out this next week to clean the remainder.

I think the advertisements make it seem like miracles can happen with just a basic cleaning. I think my expectations were higher than they should've been.
