It's enviromentally safe
Green and fast drying. Tom was very professional.
The girl who took our reservation was not very pleasant and offered NO info about add on services like stain treatment costing extra, stain guard costs extra...our bill ended up being three times higher than we expected. Also, I didn't like being asked to write in our technicians 'compliment' notebook as he was processing our credit card. It seems like pandering for positive feedback.

like that there is no chemical residue that would linger for a while. the person who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job. he is a very good worker, an asset to the company.
The service guys arrived and very respectfully introduced themselves and both shared the concern I had because of my cats. I have more than two and there is just one cat that marks everywhere...at least often in the same places. They assured me that the type treatments could not really guarantee the full removal of odor but felt the follow up treatment with the bateria-eating process this would be better than what I faced without service. They were very expedient and through with great detailed work and the post treatment and departure was totally painless...very efficient.
I have had someone back out, but it is still not to my satisfactory for the price I paid. I also did not get the information on the jewelry coupon. Please forward that information.

The pet treatment service did an amazing job on my carpet that contained 5+ years of pet stains. You would never know to look at my carpet now! It looks awesome!!
Zerorez ALWAYS does a graet job on my carpets. They always look great once they've been cleaned. Carpets are never WET. They are barely damp & dry very quickly. I highly recommend Zerorez.
My carpet is so clean, even friends walk in and comment on how white my 11 year old carpet looks, thanks to zerorez. It feels soft and my house smells a lot better. My carpet looks like it did when it was installed. It has been several years since my carpet has been cleaned sand I wasn't sure all the grime and spots could be completely removed, but they were. The technician (I didn't get his name) was very personable and knew his business. I was also impressed that it only cost $8 fuel charge to come to my area.
