You are returning to work on areas that still need attention. One small spot on carpet was not there before the cleaning process.
I am still a little undecided. The carpet looked great and some spots were removed. We added the enzyme treatment because we have dogs in hopes it would remove the smell from someone else's dogs. We still have some of the smell. So, I might recommend it for people with no animals. We had someone bring over 4 dogs when they came for a visit and they marked one room really bad.I am not sure the enzyme treatment was worth the money.
Did not think some of the areas to come as clean as they did.
Carpet looked great and tried very quickly as I was told it would.

This is my third experience with Zerorez, and each time is even better than the previous one. The techs are always polite, careful, efficient and do a great job with my carpets (including the inevitable pet stains).
They were only here for a little bit. Seemed a little bit of a hurry. Did not clean the carpets as we hoped. Not really happy with results
The carpets are clean and fluffy, and you get stains out too.
The young man was very thorough in his work. He worked very diligently to remove the soiled areas. The carpet was put down in 1996, and after cleaning looked very good.
The cleaning solution had a very pleasant odor.

Your initial crew was 30 minutes past the 2 hour appointment time and then they left feet and dirt spots over our kitchen tile after cleaning the grout and then sealing the tile. We had to wait over a week for a new appointment. When your man finally showed up last night - again, over 30 minutes past the 2 hour appointment time - he was by himself, had no equipment to clean the floor and said he had not been told by anyone what he was expected to do for us. Plus, he said that he has seen similar problems at other homes and said that the crew was using the wrong chemical to clean and seal the floor. I will call later this afternoon (12/13) and expect to be able to speak to a supervisor and set a new time for the cleaning work to be done. This time, however, I really expect the time to be at my convenience and not yours!!

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals. The young man, Chris, that cleaned our carpets was very pleasant and efficient. The carpets look great!

Our service guy was very good. He was fast and when he realized the office had billed me for 5 rooms instead of just 3, he fixed it on the spot. I was very impressed that when asked if he liked working for the the company, his reply was "I love it." That is so nice to hear these days. You have a very good and loyal employee, you should be very happy.
The Teck was great. He explained what he was going to do, did it and did a great job!
Whatever products you use are extremely successful in cleaning our carpets. The fact that you offer tile cleaning, sealing, and buffing makes Zerorez a full floor cleaning service!
It worked. I had a giant sweet drink spill in the game room which had been professionally cleaned before. The stain came back and kept getting worse. I called Zerorez after an ad on the radio. I was skeptical that the outcome would be any better. That is why I waited a month to answer your survey. I have checked the area every day and even after more than normal foot traffic it still looks clean. I am very pleased and will call Zerorez again as well as recommend it to friends.
I was not impressed with the level of cleaning in a couple of areas in the house. I can still see some stains/dirty spots in the carpet.

I sent an email earlier to customer service about wanting a refund. The guys how did the carpet service was very nice. I'm not happy with my carpet. I paid an extra $60 to get a dog urine stain out of my dining room. My dog urinated on my carpet on Sunday. So I then called Zerorez Monday after hearing the commerical on KLTY. I signed up for 3 rooms for $99 and the guys talked me into an extra $60 to get the stain out. Last night the carpet looked okay but today when I got home from work I see the stain is back. The $180 I spent on carpet cleaning did not work. I want a refund o

spent over $1000 to get rid of pet oder, didn't work, have decided to replace the carpet, cost $4000, less the money spent already is 25% over the cost of replacement alone, won't try this again.
