I liked the professionalism of the tech who did our carpet and the outstanding results Zerorez provided.
My carpets were in very sad shape. They are quite old and we have 3 small dogs. We have used another carpet cleaner in the past. Whenever they cleaned the carpets, they always felt soapy and tacky afterwards, and had a chemical oder to them. Your techinician made our carpets look newer than they had in years. I would highley recommend you to my friends.
I could not believe how clean the carpets looked! We have berber carpet which inevitably the stains will show back up, but that has not happened this time.

Very disappointed that all the many spots did not come out. Could not tell while the carpet was still damp, but now in the daylight, these areas look worse than before it was cleaned -- they stand-out more.
The technician applied a stain treatment but none came out -- grease, cat urine, dark spots. While he did his best, don't think your chemicals or your process is adequate. These same types came out with other services.
The 1st thing is Justin (service rep.) who came to my door. His willingness to inform me of the service and his customer service. We do not see that anymore but Justin was so gracious to take me into each step that he was going to do to clean my carpet, for me customer service is very important and of course that they get the job done. I was amazed to see the spots removed from my carpet, very pleased with the service and I would reccommend Zerorez to my friends, which I did and she is setting up an appointment.

Joe Martin did a great job. Carpet wine stains came out completely. High traffic areas are much cleaner. Carpet and room smelled fresh and clean. No artificial smell.
The area that was treated for pet stains still smells of urine and the stain is still present. It was not noticable until the carpet dried. For the extra price of the pet treatment I would at least expect the odor to go away. I would like the area to be retreated if possible.

I was charged for a specific cleaning that is suppose to get out pet stains but it did not get out the pet stains. Why pay for something that does not work and why would I do that to a friend...
No soap in the cleaning process!
We received a call saying our cleaning technician would be here 4-6:30. They called to let us know they were running late due to vehicle problems. They informed us they would be here by 7pm. Then they called and said it would be more like 7:45 and if we wanted to reschedule, we could. I didn't want to reschedule due to my work schedule. They finally arrived at approximately 8:15. I have never experienced this with your company and I hope this was just a one time occurence. Thank you.
