They really work! Technician was great, spots came out, carpet looks like new, almost. The cost was very reasonable
The young man was pleasant enough, I was told that the spots that showed up on my carpet were urine spots instead of vomit from by cats. I now believe he mislead me to increase my price for the cleaning.
Very quick process
My carpet cleaned up beautifully! Anthony was very friendly, but very professional. I won't use anyone else but Zerorez in the future!
They were in my house for a little more than an hour. I paid two men to move my furniture so the entire room would be cleaned. Your two techs told my guys it would not be necessary and then they proceeded to clean just around the furniture and in the center of the room there is 6 years of dust and grime. My plan was to rearrange the furniture in the house before Christmas and now the very center of two of the rooms will be filthy. I want you to honor your 30 day guarantee and come back out to treat and clean all the rooms again.
I like the fact that the cleaning process didn't leave behind any harmful soaps or chemicals.

the young guy who cleaned my carpets on Sat, Dec 8 missed a few areas in 2 rooms so only about 90% of each room was cleaned. I think he was in too much of a hurry to be done as he said he had 8 jobs in the same day. Maybe that was too many for one guy to handle effectively.
The one and only thing I would plead your bussiness to do is be up front on your cost to clean carpets. The guy that came was very, very, nice. However, when I was told that the stairs did not count as a room, I feld blindsided. I was under the impression that I would have 4 rooms cleaned for $99 plus tax. I ended up paying $180.00. for 3 rooms instead of 4 rooms. The extra cost was for pet urine smell treatment. (and it still smells... Not as bad, but smells) I did not want to reschedule with another company when I was told about the extra cost for pet urine and extra cost for stairs, because I was on a tight timeline for an event. I was very excited about the great "deal" I was getting and shared the oportunity with my friends and family at the time. I will not recommend a company that is not up front with the cost after offering coupons on line or promotions through the radio.... then raising the cost at the sight. Not good bussiness practice...
I like the communication. I really appreciate the confirmation call and the call 30 minutes before technician arrival. The end result is also much better than what I experienced with Dalworth. The carpets look great !
I generly say if it is advertized on radio or t.v. it is not worth a flip ! Only time will tell, but up to this point we are very pleased with the way our carpets look. Maybe we have found a good carpet cleaning company.

Had to revisit twice. The trecnicians are great and seem to be knowledgeable. Your customer service is excellent, as well. The problem is that each visit I am told something that the previous tecnician may have done wrong. During the last visit I was told that the dirt began showing again due to excessive water being applied the second time. I was old that the carpet should be dry within three to six hours. As of this morning, it is still damp in some areas. It was still wet throughout, yesterday. If excessive moisture is the problem, I expect that we'll be seeing the stains again.
