Although it was expensive, my carpets haven't looked this good since installation.
There are two or three stains which have come back though, hosever. I did not walk on the carpet for at least 12 hours. Please contact me.

The couple that did the work was efficient, friendly and professional. I like the idea of not leaving residue in the carpet. The sale price was affordable.

I liked the fact that your cleaning product does not leave a residue on the carpet that will attract more dirt. Also, the fact that you can immediately see the difference of before and after cleaning.

I had the carpet and tile floors cleaned. The guy did an excellent job with the carpet but I am not satisfied with the tile cleaning. All the edges of the floor still look duty and also the machine he used to finish cleaning was not working right, so the tile floors were left pretty wet even though he tried to dry them with towels by hand. I ended up drying it with a mop. They are suppose to comeback and do a better job with the tile floor. I will let you know how it goes.

Your technician was outstanding. He was professional, kind and helpful. I would request him again. I think his name was Joshua Lee. Also, I am so pleased with the outcome of 'like new' carpets :)

The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He did the job quickly and completely. The results were very good -- better than we have had with other companies.

The visit before this last ttime on Tuesday the 20th. The carpets seemed very soft when finished and dry. This time the seem crusty. Many spots did not come out this time. The tech seemed to have problems with the machine and I can't say whether the water was even hot. Possibly why spots did not come out. Hope someone calls me back. There was one stain in the living room that did not go away.Maybe a N/C come back would get this eye sore stain away! Other that that, Luke did an outstanding job getting our 9 YO carpets sparkling clean. We will spead the GOOD NEWS in our neighborhood.

I cannot get over what a great job was doneon our light-colored dining room chair seats. Turned out better than I expected. Carpets look pretty darn good too!

Wonderful customer service. My carpets had been cleaned before, but felt stiff, and looked dirty again a few days later. After Zerorez cleaned all my rooms, my husband and Uncle took their shoes off to walk around and feel the fluffy carpets. Even my family that came for Thanksgiving couldn't get over how plush the carpet felt! Nolan even seemed to get stuff off the floor I thought was impossible, and the rooms smelled so fresh! You scheduled me for a time, no call to say you weren't able to make it. I call within the time that I was given and I had to be firm with the person about getting someone to my house. In the end it all worked out, but I was not happy that things were not accurate with my request for my carpets to be cleaned.

Caesar and his partner were both very nice, respectful and professional. This was the best zerorez experience we have had.

We were told our carpets would remain wet for 2-3 hours; however, the next day our carpets were still wet, despite our use of fans to try and help them dry! We have two dogs that live in our house. We were unable to keep them off the entire carpeted area for such a long period of time. So, by the time the carpets did dry our house smelled like dogs. Instead of a clean smell that we hoped for with newly cleaned carpets, we ended up with an odor that we did not have prior to the cleaning.

The last trip did finally clean my tile and grout beautifully. But, this morning, I discovered that both my stainless steel frig and dishwasher have stains -- from the sealer, maybe? -- that I have been unable to remove so far. Perhaps in the future, your technicians should cover those expensive stainless appliances to avoid this problem.
