The service was spot :-) on. My service man...Z????? was excellent and worked on all the stains with care. The product is also excellent...no matter how stained my carpets are they come clean and don't reappear.

It is so effective that you do not use soap! It is wonderful that it dries so quickly. Very pleased with the overall outcome. Will call you again when carpet cleaning is needed.

very efficient & clean
Our technician, Tim, provided friendly and skilled service and eliminated a stain that had plagued us for some time. The Zerorez product has a fresh fragrance but not an overpowering smell. Our 10 year old carpets feel like new again.
