Great cleaning without chemicals....what could be better? Well it might be Chris, the really nice and thorough technician who did a wonderful job... So I'd say an excellent combo of product and service is the answer.

Use of just water on the main body of carpets instead of lots of shampoo.
Jamal removed the crayon, markers, etch a sketch residue from a broken etch a sketch, glow stick residue( yes, my kids broke open glow sticks), dog hair , and Lord knows what else from my carpet my twins may have spilled on it! Thank you Zerorez!
This was the worst carpet cleaning I ever had. I am very upset. We spent a lot of money and our carpets look worse today then they did before you cleaned them. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund - absolutely terrible job - especially after the lofty promises by the hard pushing cleaner.
I'm very pleased after the second visit to remove some stubborn spots that didn't come out the first time around. Brandon was running behind schedule, but was well worth the wait. He paid special attention to the problem areas and explained the entire process to me as well as the options. The carpet feels and looks SO much better. No visible spots anymore. I have already been telling my clients how great the carpets look and feel. Thank you so much for the follow-up and care. I will definately use Zerorez again.
did a good job on high traffic areas
The estimate I was given by the technician was 3 1/2 times the estimate I received over the phone. That is ridiculous.
For the most part the carpet lookd great. There are still some red stains and one step looks a little dirty still but otherwise the carpet looks really good and our carpet is almost 9 years old.

Items cleaned (carpet, tile floors and chair) were left VERY wet - carpet and chair were still not dry the next day. I felt like the rep rushed through the job and was not as thorough as the rep who provided service last time we used Zerorez. I was not given the $100 Fullers gift card that had been advertised and referenced. An overall very disappointing visit.
Our rep was great and worked very hard. He even seemed to be working through not feeling very well. The issue I have is not with him. He took our area rugs to be cleaned and said they would bring them back in a couple of days. But it has been over a week now and I had to call today to find out where they were at.

101.1 and 98.7 FM stations you advertise on were $89.00 for three rooms each not to exceed 400 sq'. None our our three rooms came close to 400sq' each even with closet & bath/vanity included and we had moved everything in advance for clear cleaning.

I spent $400.00 to have the carpets cleaned in 3 rooms. One of the rooms had a heavily soiled area with pet urine. The stain is pretty much gone, but I can still smell urine. There is an underlayment on top of the carpet pad, so I am guessing that maybe when the pet treatment was done all of it wasn't removed. The tech was very thorough, so not sure why I can still smell it. I was expecting the room to smell fresh, since the urine should not have penetrated the carpet pad.
