Explain pricing on initial call so that you don't find out you will be sending more than you realized.
My very soiled Berber carpet in the den was cleaned by your guy. He did a good job cleaning it and the carpet is definitely a few shades lighter but some areas where many feet have gone before are still pretty dingy. Many question is would I need to call Zeroez and have these areas clean again or do I need to find someone with some form of bleaching material. As far as what you can do to improve, address the questions I have so that customers know what to expect and what needs to be done to solve this problem, if it can be solved.

My price quoted over the phone was $145.00 plus the $8.00 trip fee. After the service technician arrived, he quoted me a price of $480.00! HUGE difference! I understand there are certain variables that come into play when quoting a price over the phone vs. actually quoting a price in person, but a $327.00 difference is outrageous! Had I known ahead of time the cost was going to be near $500.00, I would have never scheduled the visit in the first place. That is excessively more than I have ever paid to have my carpets cleaned out of several different companies I have used. And, unfortunately for you, I will return to using another company & will not recommend your company to my friends/relatives.
Because of this vast difference, I had to remove a few rooms/areas of my house for carpet cleaning, which was extremely disappointing.
Your tech did an amazing job!! The carpet was not cleaned very well by our last (different company) carpet cleaning company and not only did they get out the new soil, but even the "old soil." We have a senior citizen dog and our carpet is 15 years old, so this was just awesome that they were able to get it looking nearly new again. It made the whole house smell better, too. Fantastic!!!

The carpet feels really clean and I like that there is no residue in the carpet. Service techs who come are very polite. Anthony came yesterday and did a great job on my carpets.

You drew us in with a low advertised price and then up sold us when you got here. You charged us double for our master bedroom which is slightly over 200 sf but gave no credit for the tiny 30 sf bathroom.
My carpets look great and the rates were affordable. I intend to get my carpets cleaned more regularly now that I can trust zerorez to do a great job and it doesn't cost too much for carpets. I wish that it was more affordable to use the tile services. To get less than 1/2 of the square footage of carpet cleaned it will cost 5x as much for a home that is mostly tile. I can't spend $1000 to have my rental duplex cleaned.
Your tech did a very good job of cleaning our carpets. He was very knowledgable of your product and services. He was friendly and was careful with our furniture.
They gave us a specific range of time when they would be here. They arrived during that time and did an excellent job. The technician was very courteous and informative about all services offered.
The carpets look great. Your guy called, although early, and got to work. I still needed to vacuume and clear out some things but was able to stay out of his way. Tghe only thing that suprized me was that he left a large wad of carpet fuzz out on my curb where he cleaned out his machine filters. I think he could have bagged it for the trash at least.
Seth and Joe were awesome! They were honest and showed me my air ducts were clean and did not need cleaning. They targeted my needs....and because I am health-conscious, they recommended the permanent filter which I bought. They eased my concerns about moving furniture for the carpet cleaning.

I got your number off my Christian talk radio station~I have used you twice at my own house and was completely satisfied. I even refereed my friend Jena Boteler to you guys. She had her carpet cleaned last week and loved it! So, my parents are moving here from Mississippi and I wanted to get their carpet cleaned before they actually move in. I called to schedule the appt. and told them it was for 3 rooms and a hall that needed stretching. I told them I had a coupon for 29.00 a room. I was thinking no more than 130.00 to 140.00 total. The bill was 200.00 I feel like I was cheated! The hall was so small and he changed me over 100.00 to stretch the hall and that was with a 40:/: off coupon that was for additional services. I am very very disappointed!

We have a piano that we moved out of the way to get the carpet cleaned. I was going to lift it to put protectors under it once the carpet was cleaned, but the tech said it wasn't necessary. When we moved the piano back into place, there were four large rust spots on the carpet where the piano had been resting.
Live up to the talk! The stains in my carpet did not come out as I expected.
