We had a call back due to other circumstances, pricing was too high and we did not feel like you really cared about us as a customer after spending $350 on our last visit and recommending you to our neighbors.
The staff was extremely friendly and made a lot of helpful suggestions regarding the cleaning. They were very thorough, and did a beautiful job.
The results were excellent and I appreciated that it was cleaned without chemicals. Whatever spray he used on the tuff spots really worked well. Ricky was nice and friendly and listened to my concerns then he removed all of the spots.
We will use you again.

Your 3 room special was a great bargain, however the additional service after the tech was already here and I paid a trip charge, seemed way overpriced.
On his radio show, Jodi Dean brags about the fact that you could take all sorts of stains, including wax from carpet. The first thing that the technician who came to clean our carpet said to us was that he probably would not be able to remove the wax stain. He worked very hard on it and was able to get most of it out but only after we told him that we were not raving fans. By the way, we had removed most of the wax and stain the week before. There was a small residue left on the carpet and there still is. Something else that was misleading was that you advertized a $79 special for three rooms if we used Jodi's name, which we did. We knew that there were probably going to be some extras added, we were not born yesterday but $300.00 is ridiculous. We did not get an itemized invoice so we do not know if we got the 40% discount advertized and we definitely did not get the $100 jewelry store gift certificate. All in all we don't plan to use you again or recommend you.
Anthony did a fantastic job! My carpet actually looks better than the first time I had Zerorez out so kudos on acquiring Anthony. I will probably request him next time. He told me exactly what to expect, when the carpet would be dry, and that my receipt would come by email. The only thing that did not happen is I did not receive the website to get my Fuller's gift card. Is there some kind of delay with that?
There is no residue left in carpet. Carpets look brand new after cleaning!
We've had our carpets cleaned for the past 3 years by another company and I have NEVER seen them look as great as when Zerorez completed the job. Even after the past few days of in and out of the house with shoes on and my toddler running around with her sippy cup the carpets still look just like they did when they completed the job.

They do a great job cleaning even the dirtiest carpets, and their tile grout cleaning is tremendous!
We found a lot of residue in one out our bath tubs that ea poured into it and not rinsed out.

i like the green aspect of it...no chemicals. your staff seems knowledgeable and well groomed...and take ownership of the process and service. you do a great job.
i DON"T like all the upselling. cleaning is cleaning...i just want one price and have it all cleaned thoroughly.

Carpet looked good when they left but new stains appeared later in the day. Had to call for them to come back and had to wait five days for them to come back. I thought a customer with a problem would get higher priority. Guy told me if the new stain came back again there was nothing he could do about it. It did come back so now I will have to try to get it out myself. Also they cancelled my first call back appointment. It was scheduled for 5 - 7 pm, they called at 7p to say they couldn't be there until 9p. That is ridiculous so they scheduled me for the next morning. The tech was 1.25 hours late. I am not impressed and will tell friends not to call you guys.
Tried to upsell obnoxiously to the point that the original quote wasn't going to do anything clean to the rugs without the upgrade. Also, left rugs soaking wet without sucking up enough water - guys wanted to leave as fast as possible once they realized the upsell wasn't happening.
Some of our spots looked like they were gone, but when the carpet dried they were still noticable.

Our carpet looks better than it has in years! And the service rep that came to our house was very nice and knowledgeable.

When the technician came out to take a look at the job and make recommendations, the prices were substationally higher than what was quoted on the phone. The price went from $150.00 to over $1,000.00! I honestly dont know anyone that would pay $1000.00 for carpet cleaning and stain removal in 5 rooms of their home. When I told the technician that I would replace it for that - he then gave me pricing and his personal information for installing new floors!!!!!! I was surprised that he was trying to take business from the company he worked for!! very unprofessional!! I will never use them, and I would never recommend their service. The only good part about the entire experience was the friendliness of your customer service/phones staff. They are great.
