Carpets look great. The person who cleaned my carpets was great.

Several things:
*When I scheduled the appointment I told them that my husband & I would not be there that they could discuss everything with my sister-in-law. The girl on the phone said that would be fine. When the guy got there he said they can't do that & had to talk to me. We were at a conference and had to walk out just to tell him to talk to her and he said ok.
*We were offered a special of $89 for 3 rooms. When he got there he said there were stains and it wojld be $240 to clean them. I wouldn't need them cleaned if they didn't have stains. If that is with the discount I can't imagine what your full price would be!!
*I requested to get my furniture cleaned. Was told I couldn't get an estimate until the tech got there because it's done by the foot and by certain materials. I've had my furniture cleaned many times by other large named companies. They have a set price and I can find that out online without even speaking to anyone. There was no measuring. Then he quoted almost $500 to clean a couch, love seat, & chair. You have got to be kidding me!!!!!! I paid the last company $150 for the same thing!!

Your prices are absolutely ridiculous! Someone needs to do some comparison pricing and ajust your companies prices. I tried Zerorez because of the referral from KLTY and have a friend that used to work for you all. But never thought I would be told that it was going to coadt me about $640 to have my small living room, 2 short hallways & furniture cleaned!!! Stanley did it all for less than $300. We'll go back to them.

It was just really expensive. I think our guy did an excellent job, but geez it was over $400.00. That's a lot of money for carpet cleaning

I feel the company is focused more on upselling than carpet cleaning. I expected that given the low intro rate, but it was still a bit annoying.

A fresh feeling was really apparent after the service. Also, the servicemen were very polite and wanting to do a good job.

my carpet did not smell very good after a few days, and I ended up having it recleaned. It also was very 'crunchy' leading me to believe that there was still quite a bit of dirt in it. When it was recleaned, I watched the amount of dirt in the coming out. If Zerorez removed any dirt out of my carpet, it wan't much.

I thought 60 dollars a room for spot treatment was high. got rid of the spots but not all of the pet smell

I was amazed how well the carpets looked after cleaning. Pet stains and odor completely eliminated.

Service tech was very good....personable and professional.....explained what he was doing.....and why Zerorez was different from other carpet cleaners........and he was right.....less drying time, carpet looked close to new.........I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ...........if your marking dept is interested, I can explain how they can advertise in our Homeowner's Association color newsletter....which goes out to 223 residents....4 issues a year. .....around $50 to be in all for issues...space size of that of a business card....larger ad space available.......This is one way how we spread the word of recommended service contractors. I thought the extraction process would be a little more efficient. It took over 24 hrs for my carpet to dry. Good results though.

We like that it is not a thick sudsy cleaner. Doesn't leave a sticky soapy residue on the carpet. We also love the spot cleaner.

I called at the last minute and your team was able to get to the property in a timely matter however I was quoted around $180 over the phone and my client paid over $220. The job was not that big I feel your prices are very high and the amount quoted was not the amount paid.

Service team was very professional and explained exactly what they were doing.

The carpet still looks really clean - no residues and with other carpet cleaning / the carpet stains came right back once dry. Fresh, clean smell.

Excellent cleaning!! Carpet looks new again!! And no nasty after-smell. Nice and clean. And Roy, our professional, was WONDERFUL!! He took great care in doing a perfect job! And was a really nice guy. :)
