What do you like about our products and services?

First off the person that came out was super in all aspects.
The clean carpet is wonderful and it smell so nice.
My grandson Gibbs can play on the carpet with no worries about soap reside on his hands and body.
My socks don't get dirty any longer . Ha

What do you like about our products and services?

Colby was professional and detailed. I must say though that I was a bit disappointed with the fact that we were not asked if we had pets when making the appointment. That was the whole reason for this cleaning and we made the appt thinking it was $100. Per Colby, with the pet issue the regular cleaning we were quoted would not have been effective. We could have/should have known that up front had ad simple question or two been asked.

What could we do to improve?

Sprayed the closet with spot remover but failed to comeback and clean the closet. Will need for them to comeback for a small closet.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet definitely looks and smells clean. Bought the 3 room special but only got 2 rooms cleaned. Another cleaner had to come the next day. That was stressful with company arriving 2 hours after carpets cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told that our apointment was from 4-6 PM Saturday. When I called at 5:50 PM, I was told that the technician would be 30 minutes late. He arrived at 7:30 PM. The technician did a very good job on the carpet and he would get a rated a 10, but the dispatcher did not inform me that the technician would be late until I called him at 5:50 PM. The dipatcher gets rated a 1 for not communicating the delay with a customer.

What do you like about our products and services?

Professional, polite service people. Tony informed me of the work prior to be performed. He was quick and the rugs were clean, better than new. This was my 2nd service and, it will always be Zerorez. Thank you for the professional service with knowledgable atendants. Tony rocks!

What do you like about our products and services?

Reliable, always on time, you do miracles on the carpet. Your techs always explain all the options and make recommendations. Once, when the red stains did not come out of the carpet, the tech told me what to go buy to get it out and it worked very well. I've used you for the different condos that I manage about 4 or 5 times a year or more. I think I should buy stock!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first rooms to be cleaned were completed slowly and thoroughly. Felt the last room to be cleaned was rushed.
Were charged over $700 for three rooms to have the carpet stretched. Unfortunately, the finished edges were very unprofessional, sloppy, and even "V" shaped nicks. Not good.
We may use the carpet cleaning service again...but will only have a couple of rooms done at a time to make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have an unresolved issue with your customer service representative at the Dallas location.

First time I spoke to JEFF regarding the duct cleaning process and receiving a quote was very unpleasant. JEFF was extremely rude during the conversation and had a terrible attitude. He kept interrupting me when I was asking him questions regarding the process for the duct cleaning. He was very disrespectful and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me that no managers were available. I asked to him to let me talk to another associate and he told me he was the only one working at that location and no other person was available to help me including a manager.
I had to call back to get someone else on the phone to complain regarding his behavior. I spoke to Cynthia, his supervisor regarding this issue and she informed that she will take care of it.
I called back again to get some information about my scheduled appointment and I came across JEFF again. His attitude was worse than last time I spoke to him and he was very disrespectful as usual and when I asked for a manager again, he told me the same thing that no one is available to talk to me.
It seems like his supervisor Cynthia either did not talk to him or he simply did not care how he was treating customers. His behavior is unacceptable and since this is not a resolved issue, I am rating your service as “0”.
I will NEVER purchase any products from Zerorez and I will NEVER recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Please make sure this information is passed on to upper management so they can address this ongoing situation immediately.

Well, it just always seems with these kinds of services you book a service and then someone gets here and tries to upsell the whole thing. I'm in sales, so I get it, but it's just annoying. And expensive. However, the guy that did my house was very good and did an excellent job.

The second associate sent out to clean our tile did a much better job than the first. He seemed much more knowledgeable and concerned about our satisfaction. The tile was much cleaner when he left.
