Your people were able to clean a very large deep blood stain.
My carpet was not terribly dirty to begin with, but now that it is dry I can still see the spots I was concerned about. Also, I paid the extra fees for the pet odor removal after Joshua explained that this was the best way to get rid of any bacteria lingering as well as removeing any odor. I was very disappointed in the lack of precision of the process. I can smell the cleaning solution in some spots, but can still smell the pet odor in the same area. The solution was just splashed around then immediately sucked up. Joshua was great, very polite and friendly, I'm just not sure the service was worth the very high fees charged.

I have severe migraines and I have to be very careful of perfumes and smells in general. I like that the product does not contain any scents that can set my migraines off. Also they are very pet friendly. This is our second time to get the carpet done and it lasted so long the first time. I was very pleased so we called again. The carpet looks great. We were the last appointment and when the tech started at 4:00 pm, my husband and I both were worried it would not be dry by bedtime. Ray said 2-4 hours and the master bedroom took the full 4 hours but it was dry enough for us to go to bed! Always professional.
