No chemicals
My carpets have never looked this clean. I will always use your company in the future.
Appt was scheduled for 8:30 a month in advance and the service did not arrive until 1:00
Cleaner carpets and no residue
The technician completed the entire job in probably half the time the previous technician did ( who we were very happy with and had requested that he be dispatched to our home this time also. The scotch guard or carpet protector was sprayed very hap hazard and flippant, not through coverage. I also think that the technicians should put shoe covers over their shoes. They walk outside then back on the wet carpet. If needed please correspond to my email address.
The person doing the work was helpful and did an excellent job
the carpet always looks great. The technicians are so friendly.
I especially liked the pre-treatment and the machine that fluffed the carpet pile. Also, the technician was very professional.

I called when my carpet started drying about two hours after my tech had left our house from doing a "redo" for a spot that had come back up. I was told that a manager would contact me to come out and inspect the spot to check and see if you could in fact get it out at all... since that was the second spot redo... and nobody has called me YET! Its been nearly 2 weeks. My original payment was in the 700$'s for carpet and air ducts cleaning. My dissatisfaction has never been with the technicians that came out.. both times they did their best and were very courteous and informative. I am just unhappy with the cost and the end result of still having spot on my bedroom carpet and now.. nobody has called me to follow up and see how to fix the spot.

I did not feel the carpets looked very clean. I realize there were areas stained with urine and feel the extra cost to clean the area was outrageous- $75/jug x 2- for$150 was to much- the area was not that large and feel those areas would of been extremely saturated with the "cleaning solution". Overall, the carpet just didn't look clean- I was very disappointed,
low chemicals used.
The carpet cleaner that came out was named Ron and he was very knowledgable and professional. He worked very hard to clean our whole house. I love that the products used are all natural and my carpet looks great!
MY CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW..The only down side is that it took a longer time to dry..

The previous 2 times I was 100% satisfied. Last week's a spot was missed and a few others weren't as carefully attended to as the previous times. I still believe Zerorez is incredible and the majority of their technicians are great and sooo helpful. I will say the 'plan' I chose last week was NOT used and I sadly didn't notice that until after he'd left and I reviewed my email copy. So he got more money out of me than what I'd planned!

Not a heavy chemcial smell; a very fresh and clean scent. The technician that came out to my home was very professional, did a great job, offered me different solutions for other needs in my home and was very knowledgable.

I had the "three room" special at $99 plus one room for free. I was explained that each room
Could not exceed over 200 sq ft and if it did then I would be able to use my fourth room free
For that extra sq ft. We had one urine stain smaller than the size of my fist which we were told if it was not treated than
It would make the urine smell ten times worse after the cleaning which the smell was hardly noticeable to begin with.
But since we were told this we had it treated being we did not want our in tire house to smell like urine. This

After that there was a coffe stain we wanted treated the tech said after he treated it with this " special" treatment to

As I was going in my invoice to retrieve our fullers gift card I'm reading over the invoice

Very informative service man...quick and thorough.
My first experience with Zerorez was much better. Tim, the technician sent this time around, did a good job cleaning but pushed selling his abilities to me. He said he cleaned our high traffic area twice...what he was supposedly cleaning was the shadow casting down onto the carpet from the balcony above. Geez! Flip on a light before overstressing the carpet...please!
I also feel he oversold me on treatments which resulted in more than doubling my anticipated charges. I requested the "Tony Zaza special" for $99 to clean 4 rooms. That's $24.75/room but I paid $588.04 which is $147.01/room. I actually had just two larger rooms cleaned instead of 4 rooms. Tim charged me $75/bottle to "santize" my carpet and remove pet odor. Wasn't sanitizing part of the special??? I expected to pay more to treat for pet odor, but holy cow! Also, Tim blatantly lied by telling me he needed 4 gallons of flash and if he used more, he would not charge me for additional bottles. My invoice indicates he charged me for 5 bottles. Of course the invoice was not available to me until AFTER Tim charged my credit card, left and emailed the invoice. In addition to being lied to about the charges, I did not see 5 empty bottles leaving my house!
To offset the charges, Tim said he gave me a $70 value by cleaning my stairs and treated two rooms with something he recommended for treating pet odor but only charged me for one room at $60. So, in his mind, he gave me a $130 value??? I could see that he cleaned the stairs but how does the customer prove that he applied the additional treatment. He lied to me about the flash so he could have lied about the additional treatments. I'm the one that paid $588.04 so I certainly don't feel like he "gave me" anything!
As with any customer, results and customer service are required to earn return business. Having a technician that fishes for compliments and pushes to sell treatments is very uncomfortable. If I use Zerorez again, I will request a different technician to avoid uncomfortable moments and being grossly overcharged. In my opinion, Tim is damaging the Zerorez reputation! What's worse, I even tipped Tim $10 cash! Had I seen the invoice before Tim left,that would not have happened. At a MINIMUM, I overpaid $85!!!!!
