I got your number off my Christian talk radio station~I have used you twice at my own house and was completely satisfied. I even refereed my friend Jena Boteler to you guys. She had her carpet cleaned last week and loved it! So, my parents are moving here from Mississippi and I wanted to get their carpet cleaned before they actually move in. I called to schedule the appt. and told them it was for 3 rooms and a hall that needed stretching. I told them I had a coupon for 29.00 a room. I was thinking no more than 130.00 to 140.00 total. The bill was 200.00 I feel like I was cheated! The hall was so small and he changed me over 100.00 to stretch the hall and that was with a 40:/: off coupon that was for additional services. I am very very disappointed!

We have a piano that we moved out of the way to get the carpet cleaned. I was going to lift it to put protectors under it once the carpet was cleaned, but the tech said it wasn't necessary. When we moved the piano back into place, there were four large rust spots on the carpet where the piano had been resting.

The carpet cleaning was wonderful but I needed my tile and grout steamcleaned and sealed.
The final price was $563.98 and the floor air dried and had puddles.
Stanley Steemer did this the last time and you did much better job with the carpet but the tile floor wasn't satisfactroy-so I'll happily call back for the carpet but never again for the tile floor.

I felt was a rushed job, and some areas not covered in corners, near baseboards, not removing small objects.

The service was great, Darwin was terrific. The only complaint we have that we were not told that the returns were an extra cost when we got the duct cleaning quote. I was quite angry at first, but this seems to be a common practice with carpet and duct cleaning companies. There are always extra costs. Darwin saved the day!

I was very satisfied with the service, I would recommend the company to others. However one needs to check the prices before agreeing, the ladies in the office give you one price and when the tech comes over it is another price, due to the work that needs to be done. Still the price for what I had done was good.

The quote I was given over the phone was extremely lower than what the gentleman tried to charge. I was never told that there would be a charge of $70 just to go upstairs. That is usery. I didn't use the service and will be going elsewhere.

It was explained to me before the techs started what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. They did a great job of cleaning all the grease spots that had been tracked in. Both of the techs had a good sense of humor and it made it an enjoyable experience.

Your method is so very clean, and the process was clean...no excess moisture. My carpets were dry in 2-4 hours on a very humid day for Dallas! The technician was very well informed and he even rated vacuum sweepers for me ( I am in the market for a new one) and let me know about other new products...

There was no smell, drying time was fast. Everything that was done was explained. There was no pressure to do anything more than what i requested. I was very pleased with the technicians professionalism and the service I received.

When my wife came home I told her “we the carpets cleaned” and she said "it doesn't look like it". That about sums it up.
AND I agree it doesn’t! There is no differentiation between the areas cleaned and those not cleaned. Ok we did get out most of the one “pet stain” for an extra $45.
To be fair Chris was very nice, helpful, and professional. He worked hard and did what appeared to be a thorough job. But the method was ineffective. Not his fault!

It is not for me to say what you can do to put it right. Making the carpet look clean would be a good start.
