I was very disappointed in the guy who cleaned our carpet. He was not friendly and seemed put out. In addition, he took my credit card, rang me up and said thank you. I said do I get a receipt? He said we are paperless. He could have been friendly and shared this in the beginning. This was the first time I had a bad experience with Zerorez. If it would have been the first time to use Zerorez, it would have been he last. Very disappointed!!

What could we do to improve?

Ask questions when scheduling the appointment to determine if extra fees will be required. Your ads rave about the ability to clean up pet odor and stains as they are offering special rates for cleaning. The implication is that the pet treatment is included in the special. As the treatment is a substantial increase in the total cost of the cleaning, the right questions and information up front can prepare the customer for the hefty increase.

I have no complaints about the service provider. He worked hard, but even he could not work miracles.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I did not understand the appointment process since this was my first carpet cleaning experience. The person making the appointment with me made no effort to explain it, did not attempt to answer my questions, and did not forward my questions/displeasure to a superior as I requested.

Luckily your technician doing the cleaning was awesome or my 6 would have been a 3.

Our carpets look cleaner after Zerorez than with any other servce we have ever used. Your man 'Josh' was very good at his job, quite friendly, gave helpful advice on keeping the carpet looking good, and we felt comfortable with him in our home. When he couldn't get some ballcypress/cedar tree nut sap stains up he got another cleaning product and came back the next day and worked on each stain until he got them out.

Great company, great job, and great employee! We will call for him the next time we need the carpets cleaned.

Making sure that when someone come in they complete the job. By this I mean the tile. There were areas on the tile that had spots on it. Around the baseboard and tile you can see white spots. The carpet they did a great job.

There is a large stain on part of my carpet now- the tech is coming back out this week to try and remove it- if it does not come out I will expect a refund or some kind of reimbursement for this damage.

I was not too pleased with the guard, that was sprayed on the carpet afterwards. I was charged for 4 rooms and only 3 rooms were sprayed. I would not do that again.

But the service was excellent. I would recommend Zerorez. I mailed a letter to Seth Hopkins on Joe and Darren. Gentlemen and explained what they were doing.

What could we do to improve?

I paid nearly $500 to have my carpets cleaned in a 1700 square foot house - the entire house isn't even carpeted. I feel like the estimate I was given over the phone was fair, but being charged $60 an area to pet treat was unfair. If all spots had come up it might have been ok but there are numerous places the technician said it would lighten while drying and it is still there and just as noticeable as before you came. For $450 I would have expected "like new" carpet.
Please, don't get me wrong, my technician was fabulous, and my carpets look good overall, in fact he did extra work on a red spot (the ultimate reason i called - but I felt misled by my quote and like my tech was forced to play sales guy. I don't like being told, you can pay your quote but your house (which doesn't currently smell like dog pee) will because we'll be re-wetting a bunch of old spots. If you want the carpet to smell good it'll be $60 extra per area ($240 - double my original quote), and then there are still spots and an "after smell" that lasted two days after cleaning.
How can I recommend that to my friends? I chose you based on a friends recommendation - she paid $365 for her house nearly double my size and also had her grout cleaned and sealed! Was it because she had a different tech/got a special deal? I don't know, but telling a friend to call you when they might feel like I did over the cost becomes way less likely. In my request for a quote I mentioned my dog upfront - no one mentioned $60 extra per living area up front. $90 per room for my tiny house... Ridiculous, mainly because I didn't know what to expect.

I was promised, assured, talked into believing that your company would do the services to my satisfaction prior to my making payment. Once the payment was made, you provided more excuses for not doing the work than actual effort to doing the work. Your company had no respect for my time or opinion. I have more respect for my friends than your company did for my time.
