I have never spent $1300.00 to have my carpets cleaned, and I never will again. I only have carpeting upstairs and a area rug and four runners downstairs. I felt that $600.00 for the pet treatment and $300.00 for my wool area rug was very expensive, and that was with a 30% discount. I blame myself for not getting a quote ahead of time, but the men were here and I had moved the furniture - so I agreed. The entire job was done in less then 2 hours, at $650.00 an hour - that is quite a profit. Name removed

There was a pet problem in one of the rooms that I had done originally. I paid a lot of money to have the odor removed and after drying, the odor returned. I think the man's name was Morgan but I am not sure. He took his time and removed the odor and it did not return. I appreciate his time and the effort that he made in doing the job. Please let him know that his efforts paid off, no more problem. I would also like to have his name for when I clean my carpets again. Thanks

There are three spots in the bedroom which were not removed. walkway into the bathroom was not cleaned- the rest of the carpet looks okay but very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. I was not at home when the cleaning was done on my carpets and Mr. Last name removed did not catch the spots that were missed. Pricing! I can't believe that I got a quote of $1,422 to remove built up wax from my ceramic tile floor. Not too many moons ago, we got our carpets cleaned from ya'll and it was under $200 and that's with severl upgrades.
With this extravagant estimate, I really would be leary of doing business with Zerorez again.

This was my first time using ZeroRes. I had my air ducts (6) cleaned, (1) return/intake vent, a dryer vent cleaned, and (2) tile shower closures cleaned.

My technician was prompt and knowledgeable. However, he did not review with me the services to be completed nor did he finalize the pricing (versus my estimate) until after the work was nearly completed. He had great difficulty removing my vent covers and did not reinstall them properly. Several were replaced upside down and the screws are not even fully attached. In addition, drywall debris & dirt that fell out of them was left all over the areas under each vent removed without any attempt to clean up after himself. It was also a surprise to learn after the work was completed, that there is a minimum price of 10 vents per home plus $75 for intake - which was considerably more than I was expectiing since the phone agent indicated $30 per vent and made no mention of a specific minimum number charged. My greatest disappointment though was in the tile cleaning. After spending $225 on both enclosures, my husband and I can see no visible difference in the grout at all. Based on the time spent in my bathrooms, I am not even certain what was done. I feel as though I could have accomplished a better result with Tilex and saved myself a great deal of money. The dryer vent was cleaned as expected, though again debris left on floor below it.

I had planned to have your service back again to clean my vehicle upholstery later in the month. I also had planned to use your service for carpet cleaning in the months to come as my new carpet needed it. Following this experience, I am left uncertain as to whether or not that is a good idea.
