Proffesional staff and prompt service. The technician didn't keep me waiting.
Carpet, rug and tile and grout cleaning got all the dirt and stains out to make them look like new. Excellent service provided by all employees from appointment set up to the technician that did the cleaning. Best results on cleaning from any previous company I've used.
The carpet was horribly filthy the day after. The dirt had simply been smeared around. The stains were still present. There was a white residue sprayed on the walls from the machine and will need to be cleaned off.

I expected to receive a call 30 minutes before the technician came, but I did not. I have no experience with carpet cleaning and chose Zerorez for safety reasons (indoor pet and chemical allergies). From the testimonials on your Website, I thought the super water would be able to remove stains from my old carpet. I am very happy that the carpet is clean and that a professional did it, but disppointed that some of what bothers me is still there. I would have appreciated being told ahead that many of the spots would not come out with a normal cleaning and that special attention would not be given to them. Maybe I would have accepted a pretreating option (I don't know what that is, but I saw it in an ad)if it had been explained and offered to me. Maybe the technician didn't know the spots were not gone, because they were not noticeable when he first finished and showed up after the carpet was dry. So how can either the worker or the customer know whether a good job is being done? And I was not told the carpet would be wet for several hours after cleaning was completed, which inconvenienced accessing the other side of the house. If I had known how long it would be, I could have planned better.

Chemical free, friendly service. I especially appreciated the follow up visit (two weeks after a full house cleaning) to do a spot cleaning for us. The technician was very customer oriented and handled it at no charge since it was a very small area and took just a few minutes to clean. We will be calling you again!

Your technicians are very friendly. The two that serviced our home were both very kind. I also liked how zerorez offered to come a second time to make my stains disappear for good. I feel for the product you offer, your prices are way too high, even with "incentives".
The technician was pleasant and tried to please. I am upset that stains from ink got worse, in spite of his efforts to fix the situation. I had to pay a little more because of all of the chemicals used trying to remedy it. I am not happy with the way that part looks in the one room. The other rooms are beautiful. The technician did the best he could....it just does not look good. It would have been better if they had been left alone and the stain had not spread.

My carpet is 25 years old,and after your service, it looks like new. Your technicians were very kind and courteous.They asked me to have a walk through when they were done, and redo any place that I felt needed some more attention. Thanks for a very positive experience.

Well I like that the smell in our rug is gone,almost completely and I really like Ron Self our Zerorez tec. he is so nice and came back 2 times to get it done.Less Dozzo
That you can walk on the carpet immediately.
The technician really knows his business and the product is the best we have used.
Although we were charged extra for spot treatment, some of the spots remained. (I don't mean the furniture stain or the rust spots. I know those are permanent. I mean tea stain and other spots.) Also, the corners in the bathroom didn't look like they had been cleaned at all. I know it is a tough area to reach, but if real cleaning is the objective, they could/should have been addressed.
This past visit, all the stains didnt come out but i have never had that w yall before so i am willing to use yall again:) i like that the carpet dries so quick & no soaps are used:) The service people yall have that come clean are Always so nice & friendly!!:)
The pet spots that I paid extra to have taken out did not come out.

Your appointment setter and I discussed that I heard the special on the radio, (was Gene & Julie, now Tony Zaza) but I don't think I was charged the special. I only had (2) rooms done and I ended up paying about $120.
My bedroom still has a couple of spots that look like they were not pretreated. I also did not get a receipt which has never happened before.
I had several friends asked me to let them know how I liked your service and cleaning. I usually use Kiwi or Dalworth and after this experience, I would recommend them before I would recommend Zerorez. They never left spots and weren't as expensive or had noninclusive fees ($10.00 fee for trip, water or something not included in the price).

Carpet guy said the same exact things that all the rest of the cleaning guys say--it will dry lighter, if that dirt line is still there when it's dry we'll come back and do it again, I cant put anymore water on the carpet without damageing the carpet--so he left very unhappy customers looking at the existing dirt line and the carpet stunk for a week causing our 4 yr old astma issues. He only had to do the walk paths in 3 rooms and we had moved everything and he still didn't take the time to do the job he was paid to do nor did he use his wand to remove the excess water. We Our house stunk for a solid week and we had to divert our guests elsewhere. The smell did not come from tbe pad, it is a waterproof allergy pad. He left it so wet that it was still wet 2 days later and we had fans on it for all that time and sprinkled baking soda to try and remedy some of the stinch but only time remedied the stink. I only used you necause of Mark Davis's ad but not only did you not perform you deminished the voice of Mark Davis as a voice of truth.
