It was a great experience. Quick, and really cleaned the carpets nicely. I have already told friends about the service. The pet cleaning fee was steep, but worth it we hope.
I was very happy that the carpet looked like it was new. Ryan was super and did a fine job. I put u on my Facebook page!
I was extremely disappointed with your pricing structure and the attitude of your young employee. Upon his arrival, he was very courteous. After he told me the price to clean my carpet (almost 900.00) I politely informed him we were selling the house and only wanted "eye candy" treatment. He continuosly told me by not using his 75.00 a gallon treatment, I would be making the worng choice. He then told me he would do it for 367.00. I was appauled that you would try and charge that much in his first attempt and then suddenly reduce his price over 500.00, this is simply absurd. After we agrred on that, his whole attitude just changed. He then asked me to borrow my tools to change some attachments on his machine (this too was very disturbing that a person would not have the proper tools to do his job). Upon completion, there were still stains all over the stairs, the job was hap-hazerdly done. I asked him how much it would be to clean 6 dining room chairs, he said 20.00 a piece, Really, 20 a piece for a small pad. I elected not to have that done. When he told me how much it was, I jokingly replied, "how much of a discount did I get for you using my tools", he responded by saying, "good luck with that". I said sounded about as stupid as 20.00 a cushion. He told me to sign his paper, didn't say another word and simply walked out.
I like that you don't use any chemicals!
Your technician was phenomenal. Personable, funny, obviously loved his job. The carpets came out clean and spotless. Didn't really like the "texture" left behind the process, but all over pleased.

Although the young man (I'm sorry, but I forgot his name)was very nice and likeable, I was taken back a bit when he just walked into my house without ringing the doorbell or knocking; he saw us through the glass door and just came in!! The sofa I had cleaned was soiled pretty bad, I'll admit, but it doesn't look much better than it did; maybe a little brighter; the soiled areas are still noticably soiled. Crayon marks did not come out. Also, he left a dirty spot on the rug the sofa sets on.
Excellent service professionals. Carpets look fresh and clean! We have been a loyal customer for four years!

Tim was very professional and a nice person. He did a great job on the carpet, with the
pet stains that were visibal. Nothing against his work, he worked hard and did a great
job, but there are some areas that you can still see the stain, that may be just how it
will be but I think I might like him to come back out and look now that the carpet is dry.
I am very excited and nervious to see how my oriental carpet comes back to me. Hope it
will be a success.

The technicians were very helpful and polite. They consistently showed me how clean the carpet and couch were getting. They were able to get some stubborn stains out.

My carpet always is visibly cleaner. It dries quickly too.
I apprecite you wanting feedback... I really do.. however, there were some problems:
Failed to take out several stains. The carpet smelled fresher, though, and didn't have the crunchy feel like regular cleaning companies leave.
And, we had a problem with a transportation charge being tacked to our bill. This wasn't part of the agreement when I called, and I had to get this removed. Don't treat your customers that way.
Finally, was very disappointed to find out the Fuller's $100 gift card expired a month after we had our service!!! That really sucks. I didn't have the money right away to purchase something at the store until now. If it's a gift card, especially to a jewelry store, make it available long enough for people to use it.
I don't think your serviceman did a good job as my carpet still not clean and I think he rushed without taking the time to do it right. I am very disappointed given that I trusted your radio commercial and Mike Rogers in particular stating how effective your service is to find out the hard way that's its not!! What a waste of time and money!!

The carpet guy was nice... Your time and service need improvement. We were scheduled for Friday, you didn't show up. We were moved to Saturday and I had to call to get someone out here Saturday.
