Professional, through, good results
Professional staff and no chemical smells after the jobs done
All of our carpet was not cleaned. It was a very small area. I contacted your office 2 or 3 times and sent pictures of the area and was told that someone would contact me. This was in January. It wasn't until last week that I called again and then Brad called and set up the appointment to have our area cleaned.
I have never found a product/service to meet Zerorez's standards. The outcome is always so amazing that it never fails to surprise me. Your pricing is fair. There is never an odor in the house as sometimes is the case when chemicals are used. The carpets are soft and much original texture restored.

We have use zerorez for years and I have found the cleaning method superior to any other method. Stains do no reappear and I know it is a safe product with no smells. When the service agent puts on foot covers before he enters the front door you know they will treat your carpet and furniture carefully. I would not use any other company. I find the personell to have the work ethic to go beyond my expectations.
Present a pricelist of your services.
The work was magicial. My carpet HAD horrible stains- service rep was the extremely considerate and pleasant.
Had our cArpet cleaned 3 times with you guys. This last time was only time they used the machine that pulled the hair and dust up before using the steam cleaner. I was amazed at the uck that came to the service and very disappoints the first two times cleaned your guys skipped that step. We paid over $400 and did not get the full cleaning in several rooms. Now I'm wondering if those rooms are really clean?
Zerorez products did an awesome job on my carpets. Also very pleased with their services & the technician was a professional. Would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Your service is excellent, but I have used this sevice twice and both through listening to Jody Dean on the radio, KLUV, and both times I have never recieved the promised Fuller's Jewerly Store $100.00 coupon. So even though I like the service I feel you do not keep your advertized "sales" pitch or word on this one commement. I questioned this last time and did not even get a response, I guess I will see what happen's this time. I could say I recommend your product, but not your word.
I had thought my concrete stamped floor to be forever ruined. I was wrong. All my scrubbing doesn't hold a candle to what y'all can do. This sounds so hokey, but it's true: my floor looks like it did when it was first installed. It hasn't looked like that in many years.
No soaps, no residue, environmentally friendly and it works!

Josh, our tech was very informative, professional and helpful with ideas of how to keep our carpet life going. He presented solutions to the issues we have in our household and informed us of what his process was through the entire process. I felt comfortable with him being in our house and felt that he did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets and presenting solutions for us. We would definitely recommend Zero Rez and Josh to our friends and family.
That it is chemical free and safe for children. Technician was great!
