Your technician, Riichard arrived as promised -- on time! The carpet smelled so clean afterwards and the spots treated have not returned. Every other experience I've had with carpet cleaning, in a day or two, the same spots were visible after cleaning with soap or detergents.
Did I say how nice and friendly Richard was--he was extremely nice!

Carpet was wet for much longer than anticipated. Stairs took nearly 24 hours to dry...although they were CLEAN.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Although our technician Josh was kind and respectful at all times, our experience was a nightmare. The visit took 8 hours and the equipment broke twice. Stains were ADDED to our carpet during this ordeal. We were supposed to get a call from Brad McKee today but never heard a word from him. I am very disappointed.

More services included in basic price, too many up charges for additional work. This was especially true since I only had 3 rooms cleaned.

Overcharged for stain removal and didn't even take stains out. Overcharged for stairs that were quoted $75 including landing and then charged $20 for landing. Carpet looks exactly the same before and after... looks like it just got vacuumed.

Our tech JB was fantastic! Last time we had our carpet cleaned the tech said that was the best it was going to look which was just okay. There were still stains and traffic areas that were clearly still there(our carpet is 7 years old0. We have plans to replace the carpet so our expectations were low - we just wanted it ot be clean. JB make our carpet look almost new again!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have a follow up visit scheduled for this Saturday to follow up from my Tuesday cleaning. There were still spots in my carpet and I was left a large white stain on my stone circle drive. This was the second time I have used Zerorez and NOT happy at all after spending over $400 the second time. Unless Saturday's appt corrects the issues I WILL NOT use Zerorez again and not recommend to any family or friends.

Daniel was our service provider. I can only say that it has been a extremely long time since I have been impressed with such quality service. His work ethic and professionalism is very rare. I do not normally provide feedback when service is acceptable or even "better than most" as that's what I feel like I pay for. Daniel is an outstanding representative for your organization. And my carpets look great!

The carpet specialist who came to our home was so professional, very courteous. A company might do a wonderful job advertising, but it's your people out in the field that leave us with an impression of your company.

I'm not sure. The young man who seemed to be the senior member of the team was just so flippant that I had the idea that he could care less. The other man, George, was just learning his job and seemed to want to do a good job.

I left the two of them to do their work and I don't think they moved the chairs or even the pillows on the floor. When they left, I felt I had received a "half-baked" job.
