I have used you several times in the past to clean my carpets. I used you on April 28, 2013 to clean my tile and slate floors. What a mess! I have registered a complaint to Tom Moody and if I can't get assistance I will escalate to the better business department. The actual cleaning of the floors was very good. However, the tech left so much water behind that I had to mopped it up on my hands and knees. I used 8 large towels to soak up the puddles of water. Also the tech sprayed water from the machine all over my closets doors. They are ruined. I am not happy about this experience with your company. I have recommended you to 10 of my friends in the past. But I will ensure they know about this last experience. I can't believe the tech would leave behind such a mess for me to clean up.
The carpets were badly stained but looked like new when Jamal and his co-worker finished the job. Perfect work. I've told all my friends to use Zerorez any time they need clean carpets.

Your technique of cleaning carpet does not clean carpet at all. I'm not to say our carpet was in fabulous shape but you would think that your technique of cleaning carpet would have at least gotten up some of the soiled areas. I could have does just as good just vacuuming with my own vacuum cleaner. I will not recommend and I will let people know not to waste there money or time!!

Carpets came out looking great-no odor and they don't attract dirt like they did when I had them cleaned by another company
Was way too much up-sell. I was supposed to get 3 rooms for 110. with a Jewelry store gift card, and $50.00 off towards additional services.
I only got 2 small rooms clean, stairs and the AC intake cleaned. came out to $310.00.
I did not receive my gift card and came out of pocket too much towards the end and felt handcuffed to pay. The cleaning agent also vacuumed my wife's shirt and ruined it. He had to go get it out of the dirty truck to get it out.
My carpet was not clean. I have used Zero Rez for many years and have always been very happy with the results. Because I do have my carpets cleaned about twice a year, they have very little soil. One of the three rooms and my closet had very extractable dirt stains on them. I told the technician and he said he just couldn't get the dirt out. However, when I used my Woolite carpet cleaner after he left, the stains have come out. I am not at all happy this time that the technician obviously was not trained properly to do the work. These stains should not have required I use my commercial cleaner and manual rubbing to remove common dirt that was tracked in by shoes and my dog!

The technician was awesome, very friendly and professional. BUT, I chose this company because of the "Zero Residue" concept. My carpets now feel sticky and dirtier than they did before. They appear cleaner, (although some stains actually appear larger now), but the sticky feeling is not pleasant. I was also told that the carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours. They were still considerably wet after 24 hours and in some spots even 48 later.
You delivered as promised. On time. Knowledgeable technician. Removed old dirt and grime. Revived flattened carpet fibers. Gave me a few more years before I have to replace the carpet.
Daniel was great... but he left a big spot in one of the rooms(middle of the room) that I thought was water and needed to dry. Unfortunaately that is not the case. He needs to come back and retreat the spot.

The service technicians gave me an overview of the process and explained additional services that were available. I appreciated their no pressure approach. My carpet is not too old and I have used other cleaning services. I could see the soap residue and dirt being removed from my carpet as Cesar and Miguel pretreated and applied the empowered water steam cleaner. The carpet looks great. Several of my friends and neighbors noticed the difference. The service techs were friendly and professional. I will call on Zerorez again. Thanks.
I had to call several times to schedule, the office seems very unorganized. Once someone came out to measure the office space I did not receive a quote for days even after I was promised it the same day. I stressed that the job needed to be done quickly because I had new tenants ready to move in and was told that wouldn't be a problem yet it took a week to get the job done.
