Thomas came to re-due my carpet. He did a great job. The first person only took 30 minutes to do 4 rooms and did not do a good job. It too Thomas 1 hour and 45 minutes and it showed in the results. His performance is what makes the difference in the perception for your company.

Excellent carpet cleaning services that restore carpets to "like brand new" status. Service personnel always prompt and courteous, willing to provide customer satisfaction. I will certainly remain a repeat customer for your business.
Team showed up with equipment that did not work. Needed my tools to attempt to fix it AFTER spraying my sofa. Could not fix equipment and left, promising to be back between 9:30 & 10 the next day. I finally had to call at 10:45 and was told they were at another job and would come to my house sometime that day. Arrived at 11:45. One guy then needed to use my restroom "#1, not #2". I was given scotch guard at no charge for my inconvenience but only after being a $25 discount. We are repeat customers so this was a very disappointing was to treat customers and we are unlikely to call again. And frankly I don't think the sofa that was cleaned really looks very good...
Carpet felt good when dry and some stains that previously did not come clean with other carpet cleaners came clean with Zerorez-and they were old stains.
No smell, quick dry, fast cleaning, best results we have had!

My carpets looked great.. My husband was here when the service was performed and he said the person cleaning the carpets was great. He said he was very helpful and imformative. And he was very nice and did a great job. My husband mentioned several times how nice he was amd wished he could give him a personel recomendation.

I feel my carpets are really clean. I was amazed how much soap was in my carpet from the last carpet cleaner. I know my carpets are really clean because when I am vaccuuming now there is hardly any dirt that I am picking up. I really like that the carpets dried so quickly. I am not quite sure how your cleaning system works but it surely does. Your technician explained it to me but I only know my carpets look great. I also had my furniture cleaned. They are so beautiful. I forgot how blue my rocker once was. My couch looks like new and my recliner had a chocolate stain on the seat the size of a dinner plate. It is completely gone and it looks like new. I also want to thank you for coming all the way out to Azle. I asked Jody Dean on KLUV if he might suggest to your company that they offer certain dates where your company would come out to this area and do work. I guess the sales department at the radio station told you because three days later your company called me and we made the appointment. Your call was so unexpected but I am so grateful that you made it. I would love to see you open up an office in Fort Worth that would service my area. People out here in Azle and surrounding areas like clean carpets too. No carpet clearners clean carpets like you to and your prices are so reasonable. I would also like to acknowledge your technician. He came before expected, he explained what he was doing and the work he did was outstanding. You can be sure that I will call Zerorez when my carpets need cleaning. I have also mentioned what a good job to some of my co-workers. I told them if they want really clean carpets that will look like new call Zerorez. Thank you so much.

They are natural and non-toxic. Please thank Joseph for fixing up the rushed job that Donald Richard did. Really restored my faith in you guys, the job that DR tried to squeeze in was not satisfactory so I am thankful it is now something we feel is worth what we paid for tile/grout & carpets.

Did not go to the edge of the carpet. I was surprised at that. Perhaps the equipment does not allow to get to the wall. Also, he was in and out so quickly that I could not have vacuumed all of the floors in that time. I made sure there was access completely under the beds, but he didn't clean there.
the price quoted over the phone and actual price was 3 times higher, the man did not move stuff around to clean all the carpet areas. I really feel like I did not get what I paid for. Still residue smell. Come back and finish the entire carpet areas, company was highly recommended, highly disappointed.

The cleaning product does what is meant to do. CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! The gentleman that came really knew his stuff. He kept his promise. The chemicals do a deep cleaning. I was impressed with his attention to detail and his knowledge. Thanks!!!!!!!!
First time using your business and really liked the results of the carpet cleaning! I was impressed that the Technician was able to get the stains out with no extra charges for stain remover's. He was friendly, nice and wanted to do a good job for my carpets.
