No harmful chemicals

Prep the client ahead of time prior to the appointment. The carpet was very wet when the technician left. I have had other carpet companies clean and not leave the carpet that wet, nor did it did not take a full 24 hours to dry. I ran my A/C all night on the low 60's as instructed even though it was 63 degrees outside (which is not safe for the A/C unit). The end result I am happy with but I guess next time I would plan to go out of town over night and into the next day so that I was not so inconvenienced because the majority of my furniture was in my kitchen making it unusable.

I really enjoyed the good customer service. Ernest addressed all the problem spots I had pointed out to him which included moving our living room sofas to get to the carpet underneath where our dog likes to hang out. I had used another company before with the same request and they seemed like they did it with hesitation.

The quality of the service people and quality of the carpet cleaning is first rate.

Train your techs to be fair and honest. The first one was not. He did not represent you well. The do over man was awesome

Lower your prices

As of this morning our floors still look and smell great. In my experience it takes a couple of days to tell if the the carpet cleaning products really work. The services were were excellent from initial phone call to Joe the technician.

Family friendly products that do not smell. The products do not ruin the carpet like many companies products do. You have a professional and courteous staff also which is vey important.

Dirty area9mud) in one room was not removed at all. I told the technician exactly what it was and he could not/did not remove it. he did charge me extra to remove pet stains though. This was not a pet stain.

You were too late for my appointment so we had to reschedule for the next day. It was more expensive than my usual experience with carpet cleaning. I didn't end up doing one room because it was too much. My rooms are not very big so I feel like that should be taken into consideration when charging an extra $50 to clean a room.
