The service tech was very professional and polite
I liked Brandon, he's the FIRST one who came out to work, who was concerned, dedicated to his job. Outstanding young man! You have the best service and system going and so many have been less than great, but not Brandon. Our carpets look and feel GREAT.

Justin was great. I had called another company to clean my furniture. However, they gave me the blues right off the bat: starting from being an hour and a half late to knocking over my mailbox and denying it. I called your company while the other guys were still standing on the curb and Justin came in and gave the demonstration which sold me completely. He cleaned my sofa, love seat and chair in minimum amount of time and the best thing of all, there was lingering odor. Thank you, Justin and Zerorez.
I had a half dozen calls to confirm the appointment, yet no promised call 30 minutes ahead of your arrival. Nice guy, worked efficiently, explained the upcharges, offered price breaks. I still paid $60 more than I expected. I had to move furniture myself. There are still some spots. Overall it was about what I expected--pricey, adequate.
It seems that you advertise one price and then when the serviceman is at my home, you can never do it for that price. I expected to pay $110, but for two small rooms it was $347.
Great service!!!! The service technician that came and cleaned our carpets was professional, had a great personality and was able to answer questions regarding the cleaning and upkeep of the carpets!!!

Easy to schedule and communication on arrival is great.
Product does a very clean job, Drying time is just a bit to long for me.
Two of three rooms were cleaned well. I cannot believe how ineffective the cleaning in the room with pet odor was. I do better myself with a hand-held carpet machine.
Carpet dries soft. When chemical are used the carpet is alway stiff when it dries.
The service was excellent. The product really brought my carpet back to looking almost new.

When I called to schedule cleaning for 4 rooms I was asked if I wanted the pet treatment, to which I replied yes. I was told that it would be 60 extra, and then she totaled it up including trip charge and tax telling me it would be $176.00. When the tech arrived I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned, he asked which room I wanted the pet treatment in and I said all of them! He said it would be $60 per room!! That was never mentioned to me when I called in. I spoke to Cindy at your office and she said so sorry! That's our policy!
Your policy is too lie to people when they call, and then hit them with a higher amount when they arrive at your home?? NO THANK YOU! I called Dalworth and was told up front that their pet treatment was $30 per room when I said I wanted the pet treatment! Much more professional!! I HATE Zerorez and will be sending a letter to BBB to that effect!

Great service and wonderful staff
Don't push other services when the technicians are there. It gets bothersome and annoying, making me much much less likely to go with any of the recommendations. Instead, perhaps offer a menu of services when originally booking the appointment. Asking questions such as "Do you have pets?" and recommending services based on the answers provided. Bombarding the customer with extra service recommendations is a major turn off- especially when it would take my bill from $140 to almost $500+.

I was not real happy that it took 2+ days for my carpets to completely dry. The additions I had put on the carpet (the microbial killing one and the scotch guard left the carpet feeling weird). I was expecting something different from all the other carpet cleaners that are out there.
I could not believe how clean and soft my carpets are. Ernest, the technician, was very professional and explained the process to me thoroughly. I have used many different carpet cleaners but have never been this happy or impressed with the service. I will definitley use Zerorez again.
