The cleaning was very thorough and the representative was very friendly. Only issue we had was the hardwoods got some residue we had to clean up afterwards. Other than that awesome job!

While always terrific in the past, this time the stains are reappearing in two days.Come back and get the stains out for free.

The carpet still has many spots remaining. It also has a "crunchy" feel as if it does have some sort of residue on it. The employee that cleaned the carpet was friendly, however, when I asked him to treat 4 small spots in another room he stated that the company doesn't like that but if I let him clean the stairs and tip him generously he would be happy to clean the 4 small spots. It was not a good reflection on the company, as it made me feel like you only were about taking my money and not doing a satisfactory job. I will not be recommending the company.
The Service man here took the time to talked about the cleaning the carpet we needed to clean,and the service was excellent and other type of cleaning are available.

Friendly service personnel and great looking carpet after service
I love the results of the cleaning. My old carpet looks and feels new again. I like how the technician will sometimes throw in a little something, e.g. cleans my loveseat or the tile floors in the bathroom, for free. There is actual customer service from each department at Zerorez. And even the one time I had a complaint about a cleaning, Zerorez bent over backwards to make me happy. Zerorez is my carpet cleaning company.

My grout did not come clean in some areas and is spotty looking. I pointed them out to the tech that was here. Also, once he got here, the price seemed to change until I showed him what I had in writing. It was not a horrible experience, I just don't think he took his time on areas that needed. Also, I was referred by friends and have seen the results they got and was very impressed.

Technician was professional in appearance & attitude. Did a great job and made recommendations to fix the hall carpet. Will do so when have funds available.
William Hobbs was very good and very knowledgable about all the products. He took his time with some problemns we had and solved all the problems.
1. Availability was a priority as the home was being sold and it was only at the final hour the buyer's agent responded to my questions regarding replacement or use of existing carpet(asked 2 wks earlier).
2. Zerorez Contact and the follow through with scheduling and/or changes in scheduling from the front-end was courteous and timely.
3. After arriving at the home, the courteous and direct contact by the service personnel regarding: cleaning requirements of the carpet and/or problems noted for cleaning, their advice and explanation for each service (whether optional or a suggested requirement), and the immediate pricing were very much appreciated.
Out of town caring for an elder parent, the carpet was being cleaned for a new home buyer. I would have been extremely displeased to have learned of an "animal urine smell" or a major defect in the carpet after the fact from the buyer. These are "services" I value highly in choosing "home care and maintenance" suppliers.
Again, your expeditious and courteous assistance in preparing the home for the new buyer was very much appreciated.
