My time window provided was from 4pm - 6:30pm. I called at 6pm to see if the crew was still coming; they didn't show up until just after 7:30pm.
I only had a couple of spots to be treated, which didn't take long. As soon as the crew finished cleaning the spots, they rushed through the final walk-through (with no instructions as to when I could move furniture back into the room or further care for my carpet) and literally flew out my front door. I was invoiced for 3 rooms. While I understand that Zerorez has a minimum fee for all services, I feel that I was short-changed for the price I paid. The crew should have made clear that I was paying for 3 rooms, and I would have had them clean accordingly!
Good product, and it worked... but the customer service aspect of this business is severely lacking.

You were very prompt and did the work quickly. You offered me the opportunity to order additional services but really did not push. You also were honest about what would be most beneficial for my carpet rather than recommending every service available. My carpet looks great and I will be using Zerorez again!
Good service Very Good Technicians
Too many confirmation calls, emails and then.....after all that....my appointment window was from 1:30-4:00 pm (which no one called and told me, I had to call and ask) The guy showed up at 5:45 pm and was here all evening. He did a good job except now there is damage to my hardwood floors where he ran his hose. I am investigating how to fix them.
It works! Our carpet always looks like it is completely new after Zerorez leaves.

I would like to compliment Anthony on his professionalism and the excellent customer service he provided. Please be sure to share this with his supervisor/manager. I am a real estate sales associate and will recommend Zerorez to my clients that need carpet cleaning prior to placing there home on the market. I am sure you have plenty of business via referrals but you may consider contacting the RE/MAX home office to place your services into their programs for agent recommendations. Not sure of the requirements but I feel the relationship would be beneficial to both companies.

The estimate I got from the appointment setter was 60% less than what the salesperson estimated my job would be to start.
I gave them both the same info. I had a simple sofa cleaning. Nothing complicated. I even warned the appointment setter I will not pay more than $100.
The experience was a waste of time.

Our tech, Darrin, was very thorough and explained the process well. He was very diligent and made sure I was happy with all results before finishing. It saved us from having to replace our upstairs carpets.
Knew my carpets were bad, but at the end of the day and the quotes with cleaning/stretching and flash....we would have paid over $1000.00. While selling the Flash, the manager just happnened to get a call from another associate with a situation at a client's house wishing to now pay for Flash because he didn't get it with the cleaning...coincidence?
This visit was only for an estimate. Ken was very thorough in explaining the process and answering my questions.
How hot the water gets to really deep clean

Our carpet and shower look much better after the cleaning. Our technician suggested several options for the best cleaning, but didn't pressure us to buy expensive services. His tips and general advice were much appreciated!
No chemicals
I was extremely happy with the products and service I received. The technician, Justine King, did a superlative job; he was through, fast, and efficient. He is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the cleaning process. He explained the purpose of the equipment and cleaning products in easily understood language and provided demonstrations to further insure we understood the process. I will recommend this company to all my friends and will definitely use it the next time I have my carpets cleaned. Hopefully all your tech’s are like Justine, his work ethics and performance are the main reason for my positive comments.
I felt like the carpets are actually clean. Darwin, the service tech was excellent.
Kenneth Dewitt our tech was very professional, nice, attentive, very detail oriented and very hard worker. Took the time to listen and I am very please with the outcome. My tile and carpet are brought back to new it was so good that our cat still don't know what to do he is not used to a brand new looking carpet.

The tech that came out a 2nd time was really hesitant to do the spots i had wanted him to do. he told me that they would most likely not come out and that he would do them if i wanted to, but wasn't very hopeful. since i have a steam cleaner, i know that in order to get the stubborn ones out, you have to go over that spot a few times instead of doing the entire room. the carpet looks better than the first time, but there are still lots of stains that are there. i didn't ask the tech to do them all, because he made me feel embarrased to ask him. what i do like about your service is the urine smell is gone, but what i don't like is that i spent over $500 and most all my stains are there. i don't have that many, either. just thought with that kind of money your company would be committed to do all possible to get my stains out. (again - especially since we have a steam cleaner) we hired professionals to do what we couldn't. thanks for listening.
