I feel the cleaning was very good and the technician nice. But I got the recommendation on KLUV for a $99 three room deal. I ended up spending $555 . I've told 10 or so people about it. None would call Zerorez. The price was far too high. In retrospect, I could ave replaced the carpet. It was 1 1/2 years old.

I've used Zerorez several times before. This last time, the service tech (Randy Jones) used a machine I had not seen before. It fluffed up the carpet BEFORE he cleaned it. The carpet was left cleaner than the previous times, and it feels softer. It almost looks like new. I also like that there are no chemicals left in the carpet.

I was alittle surprised by all the add ons.
I was shocked at the difference in price I was quoted on the phone compared to what I
actually had to pay. Not all stains came out. After $540.00 dollars later. I was told
that it would be $25.00 extraa charge for 5 SPOTS. I felt like I was being nickled and dimes
to death. I did not rec. any of the coupons promised etc. I like the process and it seems to work very well with the exception of the stains that where not removed.

Friendly professional technician, Chris!! He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Also love the fact that it is safe for children & pets. We would definitely want Chris back as our technician & will definitely refer friends & family as the needs arise. Thanks for a doing such a great job!
