I had a great experience with Zerorez this time. The tech was friendly, professional, thorough and didn't try to suggestive sell stuff like the guy last year did. He told me about other services but he didn't spend a lot of time pressuring me.

The system works! The carpet is clean and fresh-smelling and just as impressive, the young men doing the work are clean, courteous and efficient. They actually seem excited to have the opportunity. It's great!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Estimate seemed awfully high AND I found it unprofessional that your employee stated that you did not provide them measuring tapes. He stated that you all did not provide them and that it was up to them to provide there own. He apparently did not have one and instead measured the entire house by walking. You wanted over a $1,000 to clean our house yet you can not provide your employees measuring tapes that costs less than $10 each - pretty SAD!!

I was quoted a price over the phone and once tech got there it was much much more. He said that the office staff did not quote the price accurate. I will say the first time I used your service I was very pleased but can't say that this time. I still feel I was overcharge. It just doesn't add up!!! For that reason I will not be calling for your service again or recommend your service to friends and family.

The Zerorez tech was able to remove coffee, red wine , candle wax and pet stains. My 10 year old carpet looks and feels like new. The house smells so fresh now. The tech was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. I wouldn't even consider using any other company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There are three problems.

1. The tech who cleaned the tile grout in out kitchen was quite sloppy and water and cleaner (degreaser) was slopped up on the appliances and cabinetry. The finish on the appliances (which are all less than one year old) seems to be permanently damaged. At least we have not yet been able to find a way to clean off the spots left from the cleaning agent.

2. Additionally, the grout was not cleaned thoroughly. About an inch out from the cabintets and walls you can clearly see the dirt that was not removed. We are not at all happy with the tile and grout cleaning.

3. Finally, the sealant used on the tile and grout was sprayed on from a height and there is overspray on cabinets, appliances and the wood floor. The overspray is obvious.

All in all, the idea was to get the kitchen floor clean, not to make more work for ourselves, or have damage done. I will be calling about this situation.

It is now OVER two full days since the carpet in my home was serviced and the living room is still damp to the touch and has an overwhelming smell of wet carpet backing and/or padding. I sincerely hope that I do not have to replace the padding and carpet in order to be rid of this smell.

Note: I am not speaking about the pet stains which were treated and somewhat reduced, but the stench that I've not noticed in the other rooms cleaned. My bill came to over $700.00 which I thought outrageous.

The sectional was treated successfully and was dryed in 24 hours.

I usually have my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer, but thought I'd try your company to see if the drying process was quicker. There was not that much difference in the drying process. However, your technician, was very professional, efficient and courteous.

The man who came out was very courteous and professional. We just purchased this house. The previous owners had two small dogs, pugs. The carpet is two years old. After the carpet was cleaned, we left the ceiling fans on so it would dry. We came back in 24 hours and the carpet smelled like a wet dog. The odor dissapated, but when we turned the ceiling fans on, the odor returned. The odor has diminished. We are hesitant to use the ceiling fans, concerned that the odor will return.

What could we do to improve?

your company cleaned my tile that had 5 years of wax buildup. the tile did clean up very well but the brushing of the pretreatment chemical & the big machine used to clean off the wax sprayed the wax muck all over my cream woodwork & baseboards. This was a horrible mess I was left with & had to clean up on my hands & knees. it took me about 3 hours. I am still finding the muck all over my kitchen cabinets & doors. The muck was also all over our front porch toothat my husband spent an hour+ cleaning off as well. The muck was also tracked on my den rug & carpet in my guest bedroom. Chris did tell me he would come back & clean this but to date he has not called me to do this. I bought your cleaning mop & cleaner but reservoir on the mop leaks & Chris was to brin g one that doesn't leak but he has not yet.

No protection was put under the dining room table after cleaning. When I moved the table I noticed a stain. Some sort of pad should have been placed under the legs.
No all stains were removed.
