EVERYTHINK WAS GREAT AND RANDY WAS THE BEST
Everything that you do. Love the Carpet cleaning especially.
Supposed to start at 5:00 PM but did not actually get started until 10:00 PM. Was not actually prepared to do a commercial site.
You pile on the additional charges-special is 3 rooms for $100.00, I had a master bedroom which is 50% filled with furniture so there is actually very little to clean-I asked him to clean a 5ft by 5 ft area in the master bath and you hit me with additional charges, then same thing upstairs-I have a large 20x25 gameroom so I just included that as two rooms-I asked him to clean a 3 ft wide x 5 ft long adjacent hall and you hit me with a additonal charge. In my business we try and give our customers a little more than they expect. I feel you do just the opposite-offer a cheap special then nickel and dime the customer for any extras. Then I spent over $300.00 extras for deep pet stains but still no discount. Next time I'll just take the special and make you clean little halls for $100.00 I know that at best that will be a break even for you and I won't let you get in the extra charges.

The carpet was wet from Thursday to Sunday and there are areas that still smell. I tried calling justin a few times and never got a call back til the third time a few weeks later.

The pet product is a green product. The carpets look and smell fresh and clean. Service was very professional.
My 16 year old carpets look almost brand new and my grout looks great too.
The tech was initially very nice and polite, then by the end of the service he was degrading and rude.
Andrew was my tech and when I get ready to have another service I will ask for him. Great Customer service by that young man! I have already had my neighbor ask how I like the service and gave them your number and his named. One thing I did forget to ask for however was the gift card for the Jewelry store. If you could just mail that to me I would appreciate it.

I was disappointed that you said you would arrive between 11:00 - 1:30. The technician arrived at 2:00. The office called and said he was running late and he called at 1:30 and said he was on his way. He was done at our house in about an hour. I think he rushed our job because he was behind from the first job and running late to the next job. I believe our service would have been better if we had been the first job on the route. He did discount our bill which I appreciated. But since I only have our carpets cleaned twice a year, I'd like to feel like it was a thorough job. I don't feel that way.
It truly is the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.

I love the fact that you do not use chemicals and my carpets look brand new when you are done. They spend time and get them looking immaculate. I am very impressed with the tech named Brandon who came out. I will definitely be asking for him again in the future.

I like the natural approach with not residue/
I was very happy with the result of the cleaning. The technician was very professional and helpful. I was, however, disappointed in the scheduling. We continued to receive calls telling us our appt. was being pushed back 30 minutes until it was over an hour after we were expecting the arrival. I do beleive they finally sent a technician who wasn't originally assigned to us because he was close in the area and could make the appt.
