In the past after having my carpet cleaned it was wet for days plus it smelled unclean and was as dirty the next day. After having you guys out everything smell great, it was dry in a couple of hours and looks brand new. Your tech was very knowledgeable about your products and services available and did a great job.

I know my carpet was really dirty (I have 2 small dogs that come inside to potty more often than not...I know...gross!!), but I just didn't feel like it was as clean as it has been with other hot water extraction companies. I paid extra for the pet urine encapsulating deodorizer, which I guess worked, but I just didn't thing I got my carpet clean. He didn't even move my coffee table to get in front of my sofa really good, or under the table for that matter. The carpet is about 5 years old, a high quality Tuftex Stainmaster nylon, and it usually comes really clean- with the exception of some old stains. But, my traffic patterns just still feel dirty.
I think your raving advertising campaign may be setting expectations higher than you are able to achieve.
The service technician was very prompt (early actually) and did a very neat and thorough job cleaning our carpets.

We especially liked the new process that cleans deep and gets out all the built-up dog hair (we have two dogs). We were very pleased with the professional and thorough done by Tim Moore.
I loved that there is a pretreat service before carpet cleaning and that most of the water was extracted from carpet which allowed it to dry quickly.
They do a great job without using chemicals.
My carpet is covered with "track" marks from the machine...maybe the setting was too low for my carpet? The tech said they would go away eventually, but I have vacuumed several times and they are still there....my friends say they have never seen that before when they have had carpets cleaned....neither have I. What can you do about it?

I like that you did not use any shampoo to clean my carpet. I liked the clear canister part in the hose which allowed me to see how dirty our carpet was. My carpet was dirty and it had not been that long since we had our carpet cleaned.
No chemicals used, but carpet looks great. Our technician was wonderful - very professional and friendly.
