First of all he did a very nice job, took time to explain what he was doing and why. I like that there's not a heavy smell or fume type issues to deal with. Very good experience.
I had a horrible experience with Zerorez with cleaning my kitchen and bathroom floors. The first tech did a horrible job and left standing water in my kitchen and bathrooms. He also sprayed an excessive amount of water across my frosted bathroom closet doors. Also there was water sprayed on my kitchen cabinets and appliance. I asked about the excessive standing water but was told it would dry in an hour. It did not. I had to get in my knees with towels to mop up the water. I complained and a 2nd tech returned. He cleaned the kitchen cabinets but failed to clean the kitchen floow which was streaked. A 3rd tech returned on Saturday. He was wonderful and cleaned my kitchen floors. I am just not real sure I can use you guys again or recommend your service. The first two techs were very inexperienced and lacked customer satisfaction skills.

Professional technician who clearly explained the entire process (since we were new customers). All the spots came up and even the heavy traffic areas look like new. There was no unpleasant odor, and we are very pleased.

The products seem more safe than what other companies offer. The business associate who helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I will refer Zerorez to others.
My stairs now look like a zebra. there are strips on them that appear to indicate where it was not cleaned like the spot next to it.

**However, while moving my kitchen table, the pedestal cracked. There should have been a way to move the table without damage. Now I have a broken table, and I don't want to have to purchase a new one.

My carpet was cleaned very well. He was friendly and professional.
The guy was really nice, but he told us our total would be $200.34 and if we wanted a pet spray it would be $260.34 which would include 3 bedrooms, hall, living room, & 5 chairs. He then said he didn't have the stuff tp do the chairs, but he could do a fiber protection for the same price. He charged us a total of $358.55 which was not the total i had already written my check for that he said it would be. So he scammed us. He also tried to leave out a room. We didn't have in our budget to pay this much since this was not the price we were quoted and he up the price several times. I thought the service was decent and I realized there was spots that wouldn't come up. We woke up this morning and now it is completely dry and it looks awful. You can't even tell it has been cleaned. I was able to get a few up by scrubbing it myself which is pretty sad that your technician couldn't. We have never used you guys and never will again nor will we recommend you guys to anyone. I'm very dissatisfied and in awe that you scam people like this.
I like that you don't use chemicals, and I have been pleased with all of the men who have cleaned my carpets. They have all been kind, courteous, respectful and timely.
I like the look and feel of my carpet after Zerorez cleaned them. It easy to keep them clean longer afterwards also.
My appointment was between 4-6:30 and at 6:50 I called to see if there was a problem. It would of been nice if someone would of called me when the appointment time was not going to be kept. The tech showed up at 7:50 pm and he was VERY nice. Apparently the original tech assigned to my case was delayed and they sent someone else. (?) The carpet looks great and again the gentleman was very nice and helpful.
The product is great and does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. The service technicians did an excellent job.

I still have some stain on my living room carpet and I told the tech what they were and it is still there. I showed him another spot and he said it was just water and when it dried it was a spot. When he left it took the carpet too many hours to dry. It was very wet.
