The first time you came every spot was gone and it looked great, but this time I still saw some spots and along the baseboards in the hallway, it was still dirty.

Have used you before and are sold on the process and the results. This time was no different. Landlord was not convinced that some stains could be removed or that expectations which I had could be met but his mind was changed when he saw the results. You gained another customer (the landlord).

carpet is super clean but I should have done the treatment for pet urine. the smell was still there after the cleaning but I could not afford $60.00 a room

His level of service is lacking in most industries today. Please make sure he receives the recognition he deserves. He is the reason we will use Zerorez again. We were very pleased with the results. You offer a good product as well, but Ernest was the best.

Quick / easy / guys did a great job !

I was given a quote by phone and then the quote continued "to grow" once the technician came to my house. I chose your company because you advertised on KLTY, a Christian radio station. I felt misled by a false quote, often known as the "bait and switch" ploy. I would have prefered to know ahead of time that your quote is limited to a certain size room. Just give your customers the information ahead of time. It feels misleading.
The stains didn't come out, so they had to come back and rip out and patch the carpet. In a second room, the carpet cleaning damaged the carpet and caused a rippling effect and had to be stretched. This repair was done at no cost to me, which I appreciate. However, both technicians who came out the second time gave me conflicting information. Darwin said he did not have the equipment to perform the stretching and the other tech (can't remember his name) said it only required a knee-kick stretcher. They were giving inconsistent information which was confusing. I thought the carpet repair patch job was too expensive.

Safe for animals. My tech this time was really helpful with information about the product, very personable as well.

Pet odor came back the next day...

The technician was good and helpful. The only thing I could fault, and it is not much...
my email confirmation of my appointment said I would be charged an $8 fuel fee. On the
invoice, I was charged $10.

I like that your products are safe and still get the job done well.

#1 that my carpets seem to stay clean longer after being treated than they do with ordinary products and companies and,
#2 that when my 1-day old new sofa had a soiled area from the technician scooting it (to shampoo the carpet), at my request, Zerorez sent a technician back out to clean the affected area at no charge. It only took about 5 minutes and I was happy with the result. Thank you!

I like that no chemicals are used and that the water is sprayed at an angle instead of straight down. Additionally, I like the powerful water extraction. Furthermore, my carpet and tile look great and my house smells so much better.
