There was no chemical smell after my carpet was cleaned.
I am a long time customer and have recommended you to at least a dozen friends, but I have had 2 bad experiences back-to-back and am considering whether I will continue to call Zerorez. For my appointment on March 27, I set an appointment window of 1-5.I specifically asked for afternoon because we had maids coming in the morning and I didn't want your techs to try to work around them. I was called a couple of days before and given a more specific timeframe of approximately 2:30 - 5. On the morning of the 27th, I received a call at approximately 9:30 am from your employee Luke, who said "he was on his way." I said I thought there might have been a mix-up, my appt. was in the afternoon. His reply - "no, I was given your name and address from our main office for 10-1". I explained again about the previous conversations with the office, the phone call with the afternoon window; told him the maids were there, etc. He said it "wasn't his fault if I couldn't be there during my scheduled time." For the 3rd time I explained that WASN'T my time and at this point was getting agitated. I then asked if I needed to call to get the time straightened out, or if he needed to call, because we needed to honor the time I had set - at which point he cut me off and said "it's not my fault you can't be there during your scheduled time, so I don't know if anyone can come later since you can't be there during your scheduled time (yes, he said it twice in one sentence). Now I was extremely agitated and said, "you work for Zerorez, right? So quit saying it's not your fault - you know what, never mind - I'll just call your office." And then I hung up on him. I immediately called the office and he had already called in - the rep asked me to hold for a supervisor. I spoke to someone named Cynthia who was very polite and apologetic. She confirmed it was their mistake. I requested Luke not be sent to our home, and that request was honored. Jamal called at 3:45 and he came with another employee to perform the work. The work itself was good, but I was so frustrated at my second poor customer service experience that I just wanted them to finish and leave. Which brings me to the last experience we had at our 2nd home. Again, I set an appointment for 1-6. They called a couple of days ahead and said it would be between 4-6. My husband arrived at the property at 3:30 to wait for the phone call that they were on their way, but at 5:30 he still hadn't heard from anyone. He called the office and was told the tech was running late, but he should be there "by 6:30". So, why didn't someone call to tell us that? When nobody had arrived or called by 7:30 (seriously? an hour and a half after the LATEST time they were supposed to be there?) he called the office again - and got a recording that the office was closed. He was so angry he was about to leave, but since it's an hour drive for us to that rental property he decided to give them until 8. They showed up at 7:50. Again, the work was fine - but a completely terrible experience. We decided to chalk it up to a one-off since we had always had good service before, but then it happened again. I'm not really sure we'll use you guys again, but I know one thing for sure - if we do and it doesn't go perfectly, you will lose our business forever.
It works, professional people, and timely
The person sent to clean my carpets did not explain pricing. He would ask me if I wanted pet spot extra which was $60.00 a gallon. I would need 3 gallons. So I said to him "With the $99.00 special 4 rooms plus the spot cleaner I will be up around $280.00 is that correct. He agreed and said yes. So I approved the spot treatment. He was almost finished when my husband noticed he hadn't cleaned the guest bedroom. So my husban asked him if he didn't clean the guest bedroom could he deduct some cost. He said yes about $40.00 and I replied "so now we are around $240.00 ish " correct. He again said YES. SO again I agreed. When it came time to pay, I gave him my card thinking I knew approximatly how much it would be. I looked on the paperwork and the total was $441.91. I was very upset and asked him "What did I just pay for" ? He never mentioned the $120.00 pet treatment at all. So let me explain my experience with Zerorez. 1. I was mislead about the pricing. 2.He never moved anything, not even a floor lamp. I asked him If we could help him move anything and he said NO. 3. Carpet by the back door still looks dirty. I have no doubt that you have a great product. This was my first experience with your company and I will have a heard time using you again or referring you. Please contact me if your company can remedy this matter. Name removed 5725 Valley ridge Ct Arlington, TX 76017
The workers were great and the cleaning was really good.
The commercial on Kluv radio states you can get out any stain and leave your carpet looking as new as when you 1st got it. Jodie Dean states that in the radio add and it didnt happen.
No chemicals...nice basic clean
Make sure you clearly state was is and isn't covered in the deals you advertise.
Very pleasant, professional staff explained everything before starting. Carpets look great.
I like that there are no lingering odors or residue. Once the area is cleaned it blends in with the rest of the clean area. We never see a clean spot among the rest of the carpets. This tells me that the spots are gone and the rest of the carpet is clean also!
Very courteous. Carpets looked good. One question I forgot to ask, when I called in and got 3 rooms and 1 room free and $100 Fullers gift card. I never got gift card
Right on time, carpets look great! Ron was very informative about the carpet I have and how to clean up the dog messes!
Overpriced and the on site estimate was incredibly brief and ended with "we'll send you an official estimate via email" which I never received.
Great carpet cleaners who explained everything thoroughly
The carpet took to long to dry. It was at least 10 hours.
You took a carpet that we thought we were going to have to throw out and made it look new again. Never would have dreamed that it would have turned out that good. Tim was wonderful too. Polite and professional. He did an excellent job.
Environmentally friendly products, reasonably priced services, courteous employees
professional, knowledgeable, friendly and the product is excellent
Cleans & leaves no residue
The techs that came to the house were extremely professional
I am extremely pleased with the carpet but even more with the
Tile cleaning that I asked to add on!
Roy was excellent in explaining the services and did an amazing job!
The technician was very professional and informative.
pet friendly
Because of stains on our carpet the price went up considerably.
I got a $25 off card and when I tried to use it during my service, I was told that ZeroRez would send me a visa gift card for the $25, but no where on the invoice did it say that I had this coupon, even though I showed it to the person. I have no idea if I'll get that $25 off, which was the only reason I scheduled service in the first place.
Other companies have cleaned my carpet and it did not leave the bad smell. Yes, my pets have had mistakes on the carpet. But eliminating the smell did not seem to be a problem for the other companies. The tech who did my rugs told me that unless I spend an extra $200+ dollars, the "cleaning" would make the carpet smell worse. I declined....never had issues with any other company.....and it IS, indeed, worse. I must admit, I'll go with others who cleaned them for less and eliminated the smell.
This tiles are still not completely rid of the buildup. Keith came over this past weekend and worked his butt off and did a great job, but still we can see the buildup. After the tile floors were dry the is a residue that makes the floors very slippery. I have to go back and steam clean them. I never got the certificate to the jewelry store as mention on the radio with Jody Dean. I did go to the website 4 times and different intervals and it advised me that I was not eligible. The carpet cleaning was great, but I just can recommend Zerorez for tile clearning.
This was the 3rd time you sent people out to do my floors. The first time the individual did not have a potent enough solution. The second time the person shows up and has now clue on was he was facing to clean the tile, and he had no tools. I move all my furniture that day an the job didn't get done. The 3rd attempt, Keith did his very best. I haven't seen anyone work that hard in a long time. Still you can see a waxy film on the tile.
When Keith arrived he was told that he was going to a 3rd story apartment. And he did not have the details on what had occurred before on the attempts to clean the tile.
I called 3 different times and talk to various people on what was to be done to the tile before the service person arrived the 1st time, the 2nd time and the 3rd time. It just seems that Zerorez has a communications problem. No one seem to have listen to my attempts to explain what needed to be done and what had been done in the past.
I believe I should have somekind of refund for not getting it done the right the first time, and for my labor of moving all furniture for nothing the second time and for it still not being perfect the last time.

Service was great this time and a week ago. Couldn't remove tea stain , the original reason for repeat visit.

My biggest frustration was customer service. Having called months ago, I was not pursued as a potential customer. When a rep failed to reach me one time no further attempts were made so I used another company. This time I called and waited for my turn to speak with a scheduler but was sent to voice mail. I left a message but no one returned my call. I called again about 6 hours later and finally connected with a scheduler. Once I received the confirmation e-mail it was loaded with potential add-ons which our technician chose not to implement. Our technician was fabulous and we love the job he completed. Thank goodness for a happy ending.
