Our carpet and shower look much better after the cleaning. Our technician suggested several options for the best cleaning, but didn't pressure us to buy expensive services. His tips and general advice were much appreciated!
No chemicals
I was extremely happy with the products and service I received. The technician, Justine King, did a superlative job; he was through, fast, and efficient. He is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the cleaning process. He explained the purpose of the equipment and cleaning products in easily understood language and provided demonstrations to further insure we understood the process. I will recommend this company to all my friends and will definitely use it the next time I have my carpets cleaned. Hopefully all your tech’s are like Justine, his work ethics and performance are the main reason for my positive comments.
I felt like the carpets are actually clean. Darwin, the service tech was excellent.
Kenneth Dewitt our tech was very professional, nice, attentive, very detail oriented and very hard worker. Took the time to listen and I am very please with the outcome. My tile and carpet are brought back to new it was so good that our cat still don't know what to do he is not used to a brand new looking carpet.

Good: Chris was on time, very pleasant and very professional. He moved furniture around and got everywhere I wanted.
Not good: I didn't like the $10 fuel charge. It is not advertised. It was not mentioned when I called and set up the appointment. I thought it was kind of tacky to just drop it at the time of payment. Also, some areas did not clean up as I had hoped, but that may just be the nature of the stain itself.
The service tech was very professional and through in cleaning our carpets. We had a grease spot that another cleaning company couldn't get out, after Zerorez it is gone.

Yall need to work better on listening and paying attention to the customer when they request a specific person to do the work , i had to reschedule 5 times cause i wanted the same tech to do all my work and 5 times you sent someone different that is not good customer service !!!

Have more of a flat rate pricing. All the extras added up fast & the final charges did not end up being what I expected or budgeted for.
Experience was great, technician was on time and did a thorough job.
I like that when you are done the carpet is not stiff from the cleaning chemicals. Technicians are always friendly and helpful.
It would be helpful if you would have a list of all extras such as the cost of furniture etc.

The technician was super friendly. He worked really hard and the carpet looked extremely nice when he left. I am a little frustrated that this is the second time I have used this company and the price quoted over the phone is not even half of what I end up paying. I understand that there are some factors that will change once you arrive, but $450 is unbelievable. Not sure that I will personally use this company again just because of the pricing.
I already told everybody about it! The knowledge of the technician was deep and he was very thorough. He explained in detail pros and cons of things and possible outcomes of my choices regarding the services available. He offered various alternatives and solutions for me to choose from. Very efficient work, very professional service.
How Clean The Carpets Were After, Absolutely Amazing

I will not use any other carpet cleaner other Zerorez and would highly or very likely recommend it to anyone? Your process is just amazing.
