The Technician Ken was great, showed me just what and how he was doing
his job to get my carpet the cleanest that could be. He was very neat,
on time and professional.
The technicians did a great job and our carpet looks very clean and much newer when they were finished. Jamal was very informative and helpful, explaining the process to us about what makes Zerorez different than other companies and how their process is different. He was very polite and professional, not to mention he was on time and called when he was on his way. I would use Zerorez again and I have already recommended it (along with Jamal) to friends.

Timely and professional service
He seemed a little rushed. Although I appreciate that it did t take upy whole afternoon, I question the value. We also added our tiled kitchen floors but there were a lot of dirty spots under the cabinets. I'm not sure if the equipment doesn't fit under that cabinet overhang, but still.
I like the specials that Zerorez runs, that makes it affordable for the consumer.
And, the technician that came to our house (Hector) was such a hard worker and I just had the best experience with the time and effort that was put into cleaning our carpets. I will use Zerorez again, and, I will specifically ask for Hector. He gave it 100% and my husband and I were so appreciative of his outstanding performance!
1st appointment did not happen on Friday June 7th. I called to see how late they were going to be. I was put on hold for quite some time then was told according to their dispatch when they tried to call me for a 30 minutes heads up that they were on their way my phone was disconnected. The cell phone I was calling them on... The next appointment was not available until 5 days later. I decied to give it one more try since my property management company First Texas had recommended them and I was running out of time to have the carpets cleaned since new tenants were moving in on the 15th.
Second appointment was on Wednesday June 12th wih a window between 4 to 6:30pm. I called several times to makes sure they understood that I was at the empty house and irreguardless if someone could get a hold of me or not I needed them to show up. No one had showed bt 6:30 , and was told they were running behind. Finally at 7:00PM an nice guy named Tim called to let me know he would be there in 35 minutes.
Tim did a great job and I was offered 1 room for free by Christen that I talked to at 6:30. These 2 factors made me rate a 5 rather than a 0.
Go over the high traffic areas twice. Some spots didn't come out of the carpet And when I called about my restaurant.couponzerorez said I would have to get it from the radio station 2nd time that happens. Never got my fullers gift card either.

The technician went too fast and failed to perform a thorough cleaning. I made him redo the stairs and several high traffic areas, but the areas were still only "so-so" following his second attempt. The carpet was very wet in some areas (not extracted well) and after walking on the wet carpet and then stepping onto adjoining hardwood and tile floors there were sticky, gummy footprints left. I asked the tech why there was residue (zero res!?), and he possibly the "pretreat" ... because the water wouldnt do that. I was led to believe when talking to the sales girl and the tech that the patented water was all that would be used to clean my carpets, not some protein solution. Some small areas were not touched at all (I watched the tech from another room). I told the sales person I might want the grout done also, she said the tech would have the equipment and be ready if I wanted it done. The tech said he did not have the expertise to clean my marble grout and could do my kitchen (standard 17x17 ceramic) either. I would love to have a representative call me to discuss further. My carpet was spotless and it did not have a buildup of water residue once cleaned. The floor dried just as the representative stated in a minimum of 3 hours and there was not a loud smell of chemicals .
I love the way it feels to walk barefoot on my carpeting after the cleaning process has fully dried. Soft, natural...not sticky or crusty! Our carpeting is upper middle-grade quality; it still looks fabulous even after seven years of wear and tear. But then, I've never had anyone but ZeroRez care for my floors!
By the way, the crew is always impeccably attired, respectful of property, and genuinely attentive to my needs.

Carpets look brand new!
No chemicals, service was prompt and friendly, and my carpet looks amazing!!
I don't know yet....I need to see if the stains that were removed yesterday reappear, or stay gone....When I used the Rug Doctor, the stains came back. I expect that with Zerorez they will not, but I won't make a recommendation until I see the results over time.
I have used many carpet cleaning services before, but this is the first that got out the really deep dirt and stains. Three kids and two dogs on thirteen year old carpet, but now it looks like new!
You forgot to do one room, and can't come back for 3 weeks. Not nice for the party I have booked for Saturday. Spent 3 hours today trying to get a manager on the phone, only to be told by 3 helpful agents that they were in meetings ALL WEEK (seriously all week), and then one agent who took an attitude with me, the customer.
HORRIBLE.
All of this after I called in from an add on my favorite radio station. I'll call them tomorrow to tell them what is really going on.
It worked! The technician was very polite, respectful, and quick! He explained things well and helped me make the right decisions. It was very good.
