I loved that I had only a 2 hour window for the guy to show up and Luke called then to let me know exactly when he would be there. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Carpet is very clean
I recommended you and my friend was treated real bad over the phone her name Kathern. I called and ask why he was treated so bad and Jeff said he would have a boss call me. That didn't happen. My friend ask to have the walk ways cleaned, she said it's all the room are nothing. I have owned a buiness and I thought the customer can be right.So he got nothing. Sad, because he takes care of his mother who is 101 years old and the wheel chair makes the carpet needing cleaning a lot. You lost a good customer.
I see spots still in my carpet. I paid extra for the walked area. I have used other company paid less and saw spots. I paid more money to you all and I see spots. What I would like to see is those spot to have been worked on more. Now that the carpet is dry the spots are showing up.

When I called to book the appointment I asked twice about any extra fees not included in the $99 special. I was told there were none. When your technition arrived he informed me of a $10 fuel fee. I should have been told of it at booking. Your technition spent 20 minutes total on my three rooms. He told me that he could not make the high traffic areas any cleaner because they had too much wear. When he left I took some Oxyclean carpet cleaner to the areas and was surprised by the amout of dirt it lifted off. I think that your cleaning should have done the job without my additional work. My carpets look good now but only because I supplemented your services's job. I'm not sure what you can do to make it right. I just wanted to let you know that I was dissappointed.
The service tech was very persuasive regarding the ability to eliminate the pet odor. The enzyme or treatments were not effective and I am having to replace all the carpet in the house now, after spending $422 to clean them, they are being thrown away along with the pad.
I would not have even allowed them to be cleaned if a trained professional had told me that he was NOT sure that the treatment would in fact eliminate the odor.
In fairness to the service tech, the carpets were much better looking from a cleaning perspective , surface dirt and some spots were eliminated but without neutralizing the pet odor, there is no reason to have even done the cleaning.

Your technician was very nice, but our sofa and loveseat are streaked. You are sending someone out next week for a re-do. We are hoping he is able to correct the problem. Right now, some of the cushions look worse than they did before Zerorez came the first time.

I am very torn hear. The young gut - michael - did a great job. I was very upset because a I was expecting him there much earlier. I told the guy on the phone when I mad the appointment that the new owners would be moving in that afternoon and I needed some one that morning. WHen a received a call on the weekend, they told me my appointment was in the afternoon. After some discussion it was reschedule for the morning. 10:45 I receieved a call the the tech was 20 minutes out. 11:35 he showed up. I did not need the extra stress. Also, when I called Zeroez at 11:30 asking about where the tech was, the CSR told me that my Fuel Charge was going to be waived, but that never happened ... I paid it. I flet the the first person told me sure we can get it first thing Monday morning when that was never possible.

Carpets cleaned on a Saturday and areas stretched. Could not finish stretching because tool broke. Tech said he rescheduled it for tues. but did not get scheduled. Had to reschedule to Fri. It was rescheduled with same tech fo 8:38 to11:00 time slot. Tech called at 11:30 and said he still didn't have right tool and would need to reschedule. Finally Mon. Afternoon a different tech came and finished work. Carpet is clean but VERY disappointed in service.
Basically just did an excellent job of cleaning carpets including getting rid of extensive pet stains. The improvement was dramatic. Re[resentative also gave me a greatr hint about using 30% hydrogen puroxide to clean spots.

Your pricing other than carpet cleaning is too high . You just gave me a quote to clean a marble floor for $1000 and I got it done today for $440.00 ! Beautiful job too. Consider giving faithful long time carpet customers a break on other services too.
