The cleaning was good. But the Oder at thy finish was bad
Technician was great. No complaints. However, our timeframe was 4-6:30 and the technician didn't show up until 8:45. I realize it wasn't his fault but I never got a phone call from dispatch explaining the situation. I assumed in the end you weren't coming. I had to put my 4 year old to bed around 11pm. Very disappointed.
Clean our carpet really well- we loved Ken!

After my tile was cleaned and the grout work scrubbed there were areas that didn't get as clean and appears they are random misses of the cleaner. The should be some follow up once the grout dries to ensure the service was complete.

Technicians are polite and take the time to explain what they are going to do. Work is done in a professional manner and with very little disruption
1. Tell me when I make the appointment that there is a $10 fuel charge.
2. Honor advertised specials to provide gift card/coupons at the time of service.

The carpet was still damp after 4 hours - not as advertised.
I chose Zerorez because of the "no" chemicals, residues left behind. We are sooo happy with the job that the technician did! Our carpets look great- it is a great feeling knowing that they've been cleaned so well and as naturally as possible. It's a whole new house! Thank you so much!!

Darwin was very knowledgable and did a terrific job explaining everything and answering all of my questions.
The carpet looks great. It was a quick drying time. The service technician was helpful and informative. I love that it leaves behind no chemicals.
Technician dragged in hose for carpet cleaning into house with travertine tile on all first floor and hose marked up floor. It has been difficult to remove scuffs and marks caused by the hose. Technician should have been more careful. I would not recommend Zerorez to friends or family after this incident.
Carpets look great. Just hope that after spending so much money, that I do not see urine from dogs with a black light next time zerorez comes to do carpets. If I do, then i will know that i wasted a lot of money.

Not sure about company policy, but Roy was pleased as punch to let me move all of my furniture by myself. I am not talking breakables, but rather, sofas, dining room tables, desks, etc.. He even commented on how strong I was & told me you guys are hiring. I did not feel informed on how to prepare...I did a lot of unnecessary work. So, to improve, make it very clear to clients that many pieces of furniture do not get moved, but rather cleaned under or around. And hire big strong men that would be ashamed to stand and watch while the lady of the house does all the heavy lifting.
Timely, efficient
When the carpet was recleaned, the streaks were gone. However, we needed it taken care of earlier. In adddition, Zerorez prices are higher than your competition and your competition never left streaks in our carpet. To make it right, your prices need to be lowered and your employees need to be better trained. Response time for correcting problems needs to be immediate.
When the carpet dried, there were streaks in it. When we called to get it corrected, we were told it couldn't be looked at it until the following week.

The customer service team needs some training as we received incorrect information and less than professional service. They weren't willing to help us with timing of having carpets cleaned in our new home, so I contacted Darwin directly and he did the job as an add on to his day. Without his professionalism and attitude to put the customer we would have sought another company to do the job. THANKS DARWIN!
They were able to get stains out that I was not expecting would ever come out! The service provider was very friendly and professional !
A closet was not done and some pet stains missed.
