For 2 days your company has been promising to email the estimates to pull carpet and clean and another estimate to just replace. I have not received anything!! Not a happy camper

"Mike" came to my house 2 weeks ago to match grout that was damaged several weeks prior. He called to cancel last week - but has not called to reschedule? Not only have you damaged my tile, however, failed to follow-up after your 2nd tech came out to address the issue, new manager had not a clue I even had a problem, and now a no show and no call to repair damage?
