Your work was as advertised
The entire carpet cleaning process was clean and easy with Zerorez. I had my carpet cleaned months ago and it looks as good as it did the day it was cleaned. When I had carpets cleaned by another company they were dirty again within a few weeks.
Very good cleaning results and Tech was very hard working and polite.
The two gentlemen who came to my home were very courteous and did a great job.
However, the young lady with whom I first spoke made me feel as if I were an
inconvenience! I requested a morning appt. and she just kept saying "I'll put
it in the notes" over and over. Finally, she explained that they didn't schedule
until Wed. each week. Sure enough, I received an 11a-1:30p window and had to
cancel a doctor appt. in order to be home.
Very clean and fresh. Really is NO residue.
Service people are always very pleasant and professional. My techician did an outstanding job. I would reccommend my techician Chris to my friends.

Tech was extremely argumentative upon arrival. Very stressful. I just wanted my carpets cleaned, and there was some issue he had with the invoice...I had to call office to confirm price and details before he finally calmed down and cleaned carpets. Carpets were cleaned very well. Very happy with the service. Have not, however, received my Fullers gift certificate as promised.

They work! Your products cleaned 5 yrs worth if wax build up off my ceramic tile. I had 3 other companies tell me theyccould clean it but couldn't.

Our carpet looks and feels like new -- and one room is about 7 years old and the other room was about 10 years old. I'm very pleased. Jason did a great job.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. Also, he spent more time than any other carpet cleaner ever has, which made me believe he was doing a very thorough job.
I was shocked by how well my carpets turned out. I had no idea they could look that good. I believe my technicians name was Fabian. He got an old paint stain out of my carpet that I thought was surely permanent, among many other stains made by small children. So impressed. The 7 year old carpets stand up soft and look almost new and our footprints show up in them again. Highly recommend.
I like the fact that no harsh chemicals or soaps are used and no sticky residue is left behind to collect dirt again right away.
