Carpet cleaning was great - very happy with that. The truck leaked lot of oil on the carport and not happy with the way it has been handled so far. Everyone I talked to had a different story.....even was told they came by and would not clean the carport as I lived in an apartment. The so called apt is a townhouse which I own. Was also told that the trucks leak and somtimes it happens on carprts....so then I wonder why they driver does not have a tarp they drive onto and the tarp catches the oil.

I would rank high on carpet cleaning and low on everything else so the average to be 7.

Joshua was wonderful. He explained everything and offered suggestions. The carpet looked great when he finished.

professional service, although only one person showed to clean my carpet, it made me feel more at ease. I have had a bad experience with two men/women cleaning at one time, therefore, I was relieved to see a professional & trustworthy young man at my door! He listened to my previous problems with "other carpet companies", and even offered to clean my "problem spots" first. He told me that if I wasn't happy with the results that he would give me the option of not cleaning the other areas of my home. I was so pleased with the "testing area" and told him to go ahead with the other rooms. My husband was just as amazed as I was with the "newness" back into our carpets ! I like that it is a green product and just uses steamed water to clean the carpets. Also, no harsh chemicals used.
Chris was very good at explaining everything and worked very diligently. He was very thorough about explaining all the extra products yu provide such as air duct cleaning. I loved how fast it took to process my payment. I received my receipt quickly to my email.

I like that there are no harsh chemicals used & that the liquid cleaner has a fresh smell. I requested a protective spray which you advertise , but was disappointed that it took so long to dry. The agent told me that it would be 2 hours & the carpet was still damp when we got up the next morning!

The variety of services is exceptional.

That soap is not used causing less film to be on my carpet and which could draw even more dirt if soap were being used..

Technicians were courteous and professional. However, procedure utilizing the swirlling air duct brush to clean the air duct vents made an unbeleivable mess on the floors and surrounding areas, this requires additional time and effort for post-op clean up. Suggest use of a seprate easily removable brush attachment (non-spinning) with use of the vacuum hose to clean / remove dust and debris from the air duct vents. I am still finding duct cover debris on dressing tables, dressers, desks etc. even after cleanup. Also, installation of air duct vents should be such that they point away from and not towards the return air ducts. I had to reinstall several vent ducts after technicians left. HOpe these suggestions help improve the quality of your service. Thanks.

The technician was able to get out red candle wax stain that had been ironed by me and then professionaly cleaned by another company. And my technician was awesome. Nice and professional.

First, the service tech tried to charge me for 4 areas even though my 3 areas combined totaled way less than 600 square feet. Then I was charged the outrageous price of $180 for pre-treatment which consisted of just a few small spots. It was obvious from the begining that he was going to pad the advertised price. I told a friend of mine who is in the carpet cleaning business and he agreed about the enormous price for spot treatment.

I like that the service met our expectations as far the the extent to which the carpet was cleaned and that the service person was very prompt, professional, and courteous.He also cleaned in a timely fashion. I also like that after arriving, there were not an ADJUSTMENT made to the price quoted over the phone.( This type of thing has run rampant in the carpet cleaning industry and is extremely unethical in our opinion). We would without a doubt use this service again.

There is not heavy deodorizers used.

The qualoty of the carpet cleaning was good and all of the odors are gone. I was a little suprised with how long it took the carpets to dry. That's the only thing I would note. I would let people know it may take 12-24 hrs for the carpets to dry. Not 2-4.

It's quick and easy, uses no chemicals and for the most part takes out all stains.
